“I've been a patient of Jeff's for nearly 20 years. The entire crew is always friendly and accommodating. The North Shore just got 2 feet of snow dumped on it earlier this week making parking nearly impossible however I managed to beach my car along a half foot of hardened slush along the parking spaces in front of the office. 40 minutes later the checkup/cleaning was complete and I was back out on the street and ready to go. While getting into the spot was relatively easy getting out proved to be impossible. I kept trying to get momentum but my car wouldn't budge. I didn't know what to do... when out of nowhere Dr. Jeff and Ashlyn appeared and started pushing my car! After a few moments the car was unstuck and I was on my way. If that isn't going the extra mile for their customers...Then I don't know what is.”
