If I could add additional stars, I would. After three estimates from three different companies, we chose Maione because Anthony gave us two unit options with different pricing and he explained the differences. He also sent us a detailed estimate with financing available through a third party. Once we signed the estimate, he checked the availability of the chosen unit and scheduled our installation. Then, he showed up on time and did the work - it's perfect!! He also gave us all the information we needed to apply for our rebate. Anthony and the team at Maione are excellent. When our water heater broke and others (Spencer, Fagone) said we needed a full replacement quoting several thousands of dollars, Anthony was able to fix our existing unit and have our water heater running like brand new for a fraction of the cost. Awesome to see there are still family run businesses out there providing honest and quality work at a fair price. 10 stars.
Anthony was great! Called at 9 am and he was over by 10:30 to replace my hot water heater. Very reasonably priced and knowledgeable. I’ll be calling him again for any plumbing concerns! Highly recommended! Thanks!
