This is the 2nd time my company has worked with James J. Welch Construction and we couldn't be happier with the outcome, communication, and value received on our projects. The building in which Justin and his team performed tenant improvements is a very old and complicated building, one in which there is a skeleton behind everything you touch. We were able to work through each of them without getting change ordered to death or stopping progress, which was great.Also, although we were previously told it would likely take up to 6 months to get a permit, Justin's team was able to get the permit within a couple of weeks and more importantly completed the project 2 months...read full review

We worked with Justin Welch and Tom Finn on our buildout of the RE/MAX Beacon in Salem and could not be more impressed and pleased with their services. Justin, Tom and team were incredibly responsive, and professional. They kept the team to budget and time constraints and provided consistent updates. They were always available and willing to go the extra mile to make sure our needs were met. I have never worked with more attentive and conscientious contractors.
