We found ourselves in desperate need of a competent GC for our South Boston tavern after our initial GC didn’t work out. Justin came onsite and personally looked at the space. He immediately understood our vision and was genuinely excited to bring it to life. He worked very hard during the bidding process to meet our budget needs without sacrificing quality, which allowed us to work with some incredibly talented subs. Great team to work with, built out our 15,000 sqft Volleyball and pickleball facility at Boston United and we are thrilled with them. Shawn, Mike, and Justin were all great.
JJWelch was TOP TIER construction firm. From the communication from the beginning of our project prior to any construction they worked directly with the Landlord to make sure all landlord work was completed and happening swiftly. The team move much faster than we thought and nailed their timeline for the week. Certificate of Occupancy was received with no issues. Justin the onsite supervisors was absolutely on point. He received multiple shipments for our team while we were not onsite, he moved items around to where we needed prior to our time getting there to set up the space. We would highly recommend using JJWelch and look forward to using them again in the future.
