Being someone who has dental anxiety, from the moment I called this office with my shooting jaw pain, to the moment my tooth was extracted (and even the follow up the day after to make sure I was doing okay) I felt reassured, comfortable and confident I had made the right choice coming to Essex Street Dental.As a healthcare professional myself, I am genuinely grateful for the swiftness, professionalism and care this office exuded from beginning to end. I'm always nervous about going to the dentist so when I had to find a new one it was not a fun experience for me. When I walked into Essex Street Dental Medicine everyone was so welcoming and it made me feel so good about my choice. Since then I have had a lot of dental work done and they can always make time to see me when I need them and I can tell they really care about every client that walks through the door. I wrote this review because I want to make the job of others looking for a new place in Salem that much easier. If you want people you can trust go to Essex Street Dental Medicine.

I am so grateful to have a new dentist that fit me in today to deal with the problem that I was having and an extra Bonus when the office had a no show, I was able to get my teeth cleaned today. I would highly recommend this dentist to everyone. They are so kind and honest. Everyone in there was wonderful!
