Patrick Osgood and Sons Construction LTD

Patrick Osgood and Sons Construction LTD is a construction business that handles roofing, renovation, and home improvement projects. Clients describe the owner as a man of his word who is honest, patient, and engaged. He provides clear, relevant suggestions and offers options for roofing materials at different price points, which clients find helpful. Pricing is described as competitive and in line with other proposals. The team is professional and efficient, and the office staff keeps clients informed about when jobs will start. Work is done on time and quickly, with care to the house and to neighbors' property. The team cleans up at the end of each day, leaving the patio tidier than they found it. One client notes that work was not done as quickly as quoted but was completed. The business has completed roof replacement, commercial building renovation, bedroom and living room renovation, chimney repointing, and paver work. Clients report being very satisfied and highly recommend the business, saying they would hire the company again for future projects and repairs.
