Phoebe is great! Pays close attention to details and hygiene, talented artist, she makes awesome designs by hand. She welcomes walk ins but, because of she is always busy i recommend get your appointment. It would be your very lucky day if you walk in and she has time to do your nails. Phoebe's Nail Salon is the best in this area. The prices are very reasonable, and Phoebe is an expert manicurist, with a loyal following. Her salon is in a central location, 5 minutes from Salem Hospital and Salem State College.
