Rebuilding our kitchen and three bathrooms. Mike took great care of us couldn't be happier. I think there more of a real plumber place for parts. Kim D probably would do well with industrial sights. Their new showrooms were very fancy. I'll go back!

Bob assisted me over the phone. I was having no luck finding a size filter; home depot and lowes didn't have it. I called F.W Webb and Bob assisted me; and even got two day shipping. He emailed a copy of my receipt and it was so simple. Great customer service and product availability.
