Over the Top Roofing did a fantastic job replacing our roof, skylights and fixing/repointing our chimneys. A truly 5 star service! If you need a new roof, save yourself the stress, time, and money — reach out to them. Of all the roofing companies in and around Salem we contacted for quotes, Over the Top was by far the best. Overall: 10/10
Project: removal of roof shingles, repair boards underneath, remove chimney. Install new underlayment, shingles, flash around existing skylight, and clean gutters.

Proposal: Clearly outlines materials being used, work to be done, and has line items for any potential add ons.
Changes during work: already outlined the cost per board. They were clear on the cost of it and it was reasonable.
Price: Extremely reasonable compared to competitors.
Responsiveness: extremely responsive and came back to… read full review
