What a fantastic experience, from start to finish. Mark did an amazing job. He was kind and patient, explaining the situation (a large tub hole), and the best repair option. The job ended up being huge, with Mark replacing the entire tub, subfloor, and adding floor supports. The work looks great, everything was so clean, and we were informed every step of the process. Mark was able to recommend someone to replace the surrounding wall tile, and that experience was incredible as well. This went from being something I dreaded to as great as a tub replacement experience could be. I would highly recommend Lausier Plumbing to anyone looking. Thank you.
Excellent plumbers, prompt, fair pricing, very thorough, honest and trustworthy. Been working with them for a few years and have a couple examples. Prior plumber came out two winters in a row because the house was cold. Turned out there was air in the system so they bled it out but lo and behold it would reaccumulate. So we called Lausier and Mark replaced the faulty air scoop right of the bat - now the system bleeds out the air on its own like it's supposed to. We had also mentioned to the prior plumber that heat seemed to be distributing weirdly in the house, but they couldn't figure out the problem. I needed an emergency water heater repair tonight, and I called Matt!! He came right away!! He was so professional, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what needed to be done!! He quickly diagnosed the problem, & explained everything!! I was so relieved to have someone I could trust come out so quickly, especially in an emergency!!
