I really can't say enough of the space and the owner. Everything is thoughtfully curated. The space itself is open and airy but still cozy and inviting. I had my daughter's 12th birthday there. The owner was kind, patient and responsive. The ages ranged from 5-12. She made sure everyone went home with something they loved. The space allows food and drink too! The price was also reasonable. You really can't go wrong. We actually booked an adult night for the mom's! Can't wait to go back!!

My hair always comes out great here. I go to Gia and I can tell she keeps up with the latest techniques/education and uses quality products. It is a little pricey but you get what you pay for! I know my hair is in good hands. Also love that they have drinks and snacks, the salon is very welcoming.

I don’t have enough good things to say about my experience! I came in with previous color , wanting a brighter more blended look and Giada absolutely transformed my hair! We consulted and she explained to me what she thought would be best for my hair and the goal I had. She even said walked me through the entire process, explaining what she was using and assuring me the health of my hair and process she was doing. As someone who gets nervous going into new business, this salon is beyond amazing! It is SO cute and cozy, every staff member is so welcoming, kind and caring, and we had great conversations. The most friendly, clean and put together environment. I left with my dream hair, after bleaching my hair felt soft and had no breakage and looks STUNNING. I cannot recommend this studio and Giada enough!

I had an amazing experience here! They took me last minute and gave me the absolute cutest Easter nails. I had acrylics so they gave me a fill then helped me pick out the colors to accomplish this look and added chrome on top. I’m obsessed! My mom recommended I come here and I’m so happy I did! I got a gel pedicure with a soak off. Other nail salons I’ve been to charge more for less and are done in less than 30 minutes for a gel pedicure. The price was well worth the service I received with 3 coats of color. It was light purple but not all nail salons do more than 2 coats to save time. I appreciated that. All of the staff were kind and welcoming in a clean environment. Definitely coming back!

I got a deep cleansing facial with Besa and it was honestly such a good experience. One other time I got this treatment at a different salon, and my face ended up super red and sore for way longer than it should’ve, so I was kinda hesitant to try again. But Besa made sure everything was gentle and easy. I felt super comfortable the whole time. My skin looked clean and refreshed after, not irritated at all. I have been going to Mermaid Hair for the past few years. It’s a quaint little place located in Beverly. They are known for their vibrant colors. Chloe is my stylist and she is extremely talented and knowledgeable about techniques, vibrant colors, and making sure that she understands exactly what the client is requesting. She pays attention to the details and will even be as transparent and honest to say that what the client wants may not be the best for their hair type
and comes up with a workaround solution. Consistency is so important when getting your hair colored and Chloe nails it every single time. I went from being a blonde to this beautiful copper color. Any color or copper/red is so hard to maintain and single time I leave the salon I feel like a new person with soft, shiny and vibrant hair. The prices are very fair for the service that is rendered. I highly recommend mermaid Hair. Chloe is amazing and very down to earth. So happy that I found her!
I’ve been seeing Bethany for nearly ten years now and she is definitely the best. I usually stay about two years with a hair stylist and then move on when they start phoning it in. But Bethany’s always ready for a new style or challenge. The salon is beautiful and so welcoming, right down to the warm blankets they put over you while your hair is being washed. And with beautiful hair and lots of laughs while I get it, I always feel good when I leave the salon.

i had an amazing microdermabrasion facial here today with tayla! i almost fell asleep several times because it was so relaxing. also, they give a discount if you're a new customer!
it can be pretty hard to find, but they have easy to follow directions on their instagram. basically, you enter through door 120A, take an elevator to the second floor and walk down the hall. there's not a sign or anything (that i could see) outside the building with the business name so you can get lost if you don't know where you're going.
also, because it's in the cummings center, you wont have any trouble finding parking, which is a plus!

Alex truly is awesome. He has come out to my place a couple times now. Once to clean up after our sump pump leaked and again this weekend to clean our hall and bedroom carpets that I am ashamed to admit hadn’t been cleaned in a couple years at best. I have had three projects done by Godfrey Design-Build (enclosed front porch, full bathroom with separate stand up shower and new back porch which allowed space for a new half bath and laundry). Pat and his team listened to what I wanted and created ideas and plans which were exactly as I had envisioned them in my mind.
Home Aesthetics replaced our floors and repaired drywall after water damage in our apartment. They were great to work with from quote to finish. They promised to complete the job before the holidays - a promise they kept with plenty of margin. All workers were professional and very skilled. Yes, I had to live through a few days when everything was a mess, but after completion and a thorough cleaning by Home Aesthetics, I was back in business again. After the work was completed, we had problems with the insurance reimbursement. Even though Home Aesthetics had completed their work and been paid by me, Nicole got in tough with the insurance company to explain the quote in detail. This call resulted in a very significantly increase in my insurance reimbursement. Thank you!
Barrowclough came highly recommended, especially Paul Newman. I had seen his work at a couple homes. It was perfect. When it was time for us to do a major renovation, we invited them to give us a quote with other contractors. We ultimately chose them, although they were not the lowest quote. We chose to leave our home during construction to give them freedom to do their thing. Not only did Paul work quickly and efficiently, but during the job, he called frequently to keep me updated, and he came up with ideas to make the space more usable and modern. Rather than keep 2 old fashioned pantries, he had an idea to pull off the doors and order cabinet frames and doors and extend the kitchen into the hallway. He pulled out the insides and reengineered them to our custom specs. The result was that for minimal cost (hundreds of dollars) we got much more functionality and efficiency. We ended up adding to the kitchen and dining room job. What did we add? We removed popcorn ceiling, painted hallways and stairwell, painted master bath and bedroom, redid two upstairs bathrooms and more. We came home to a new house in April 2021 just as covid is (hopefully) winding down. What a gift Paul is. I'm happy to show the work that Paul and his crew did. He employs the best subcontractors and partners with them to ensure they are working together well. You can't go wrong with Paul and Barrowclough. Paul is a master carpenter. I would give it 5 stars, if I knew where to post that!

I visited Smiley Dental Beverly on Tuesday March the 24 for a cleaning. My experience was great. People were very nice and polite. The assistan Geovanni Bustos, is trilingual. He speaks Spanish, English, and Portuguese. As an immigrant from Colombia, it was great to talk to someone in Spanish. He took the time to answer all my questions and did nit rush to finish my cleaning. I will recomend this practice to anyone.
Wow. My daughter had braces on for almost 3 years & did not take great care of her teeth. We came here and Dr. Adrienne exceeded my expectations with fixing my daughter’s top front teeth. My daughter was so self conscious, anxious & had been picked on bc of her teeth & now they are GORGEOUS! She can’t wait to go back next week & continue fixing them!!!! I've been going to Dr. Jamie and her crew at Aligned for Life for the past year. She has fixed my back pain and is fixing my life long neck pain. I feel better all around but also my xrays show the progress in black and white!!! She not only adjusts you, but teaches you exercises and techniques that also work on muscles and ligaments. If you're committed, you will improve with Dr. Jamie. I've gone to chiropractors off and on in my life and many practitioners only temporarily fix the problem. Dr. Jamie's treatment is correcting the underlying problems. She backs it up with evidence and results. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I trust her to adjust my children. About 4 years ago, I started having a number of health issues, including migraines, dizziness, blured vision, tinnitus that was so severe I would have periods of complete hearing loss (thankfully the hearing loss was temporary). I went through a number of different tests with my PCP, ENTs, neurologists, and even dentists (for TMJ disorder). None of these doctors have been able to diagnose the underlying cause of these health issues. I spent the past 4 years going to the chiropractor, acupuncturist, nutritionist, along with a number of other doctors and specialists in an effort to find some relief from this seemingly never-ending battle (especially with my tinnitus). I finally found Maura at Inner Source Craniosacral Wellness 6 months ago and this has become a critical part of my healing journey. Not only has this improved my tinnitus, but it has also improved my health overall. This treatment has restored my hope that I can continue healing and I am so grateful.

I've been meaning to write this review for awhile. The longer it's been, the more effective, looking back, was the treatment I received from Sheri Russell and the Russell Center. I've had chronic achilles tendonosis in both feet for 15 years. Two rounds of electric shockwave therapy helped; constant physical therapy helped; but I was losing the battle and was really worried that my tennis and hiking days were just over. And I'm just in my late 60s -- unfair! But Sheri is that rare practitioner who is a problem-solver. After several rounds of shockwave therapy, she was puzzled that my feet weren't feeling better. I have been diagnosed with "haglund's deformity," which basically is calcium-deposit heel spurs on the back of my heels. Sheri suggested that these heel spurs were rubbing against the inside heel of my shoes, constantly irritating the tendons and not permitting them to heal. She rummaged in a closet, came up with some sticky protective wrap, cut out two "donuts," and suggested I wear them on my heel spurs for a few days. Presto. I went out and bought about 10,000 tiny pink callus cushion donuts and I wear one on each heel religiously every day. I have not had a bit of trouble with my achilles tendons ever since. I can't thank Sheri and her center enough. Perhaps my case was a strange kind of plumber's-fix -- but she was the one who came up with it and it has worked like magic. Whatever ails you, in the back and joint department, I encourage you to give these folks a try. They are true problem-solvers and medical engineers. And they're really nice people too! I have had exceptionally positive experiences overall at Northeast Dermatology Associates with both Doctors Greenstein and Carney. Both are compassionate listeners and intelligent caregivers who have more than adequately met my needs and expressed concerns. I should note as well that all support staff - office and medical - have always been efficient and extremely pleasant.

Dr. Friedman is very good at explaining and he always calls to follow up and make sure my dog is doing better. I feel like he really cares about the animals and does not suggest unnecessary tests. Everyone is very nice and caring.
Jessica and the Myofascial release work she does has been an integral part of my healing journey. She is intuitive, knowledgeable and thoughtful about the status of my health and how to support me. Her space is very calming and I always leave relaxed. Myofascial is great for anyone who’s done massage and acupuncture and looking for a modality that supports the connective tissue. Grateful to be able to work with Jessica.

I’ve been getting weekly massages at Tranquility Massage for over 5 years. I’m active outdoors all four seasons and Janet and her staff know exactly how to target certain areas. Over the years I have referred 6 friends/neighbors all receiving excellent care. Whether it’s a meditative massage or targeted massage you can’t go wrong with this business. It’s been around for years and there is a reason for that.
Both my wife and I look forward to each session with Jenny. I tell her she has magic hands. I'd never had a massage before being referred to her by my wife, who had been to a few other therapists before discovering Jenny. Now she may be my one and only. But the whole experience of being there is relaxing from the moment my tired aching body walks in the door to the moment my relaxed and invigorated body walks back out.
I've gone to a few massage places in the area and had both good and not so good experiences, but this one was really great. I love the low lighting in the place. I don't know who would want a massage in bright light inside of a building! The massage itself was really different from a lot of the others I've had - hard to describe how, but I felt really good after. I even had a couple of flashes or "visions" while being massaged - just images of trees and a sunny meadow. The relaxed and revitalized feeling lasted a few days after the massage, which is not my usual experience - a lot of the time, I get tense again the next day. After this treatment at BodiScience, I still might get tense from work, but I was able to shift back into the relaxed mode quite easily. Courtney was great!
This is by far the best massage therapist I've ever been to. Her energy is healing. Some people are born with a healing touch, and she's definitely one of them. Very professional and clean. You can tell she genuinely cares! I have edema issues, and after one lymphatic massage, my mom said I could see my ankles! It was the first time in three years that I felt blood flow to my calves. They usually feel cold and numb.
I recently purchased their custom mosquito and tick repellent. Pleasant smell and effective on other pesky critters like deer flies as well!
21 acupucture needles later I feel amazing and forgot the way acupucture was and what it did for me and how I benefited and I even forgot how well it worked.
This was my first experience with acupuncture and being unfamiliar with the practices of Eastern medicine I will admit to some skepticism of acupuncture and shiatsu. I went to see Naomi for lower back pain and what I suspected was a strained muscle in the shoulder. Naomi was very meticulous in determining the problem before starting treatment and recorded all my comments at each of my visits. I went for four sessions, the first two combining shiatsu with acupuncture and the second two with acupuncture alone. Treatments were soothing and relaxing. The first treatment completely eliminated my lower back pain. Over the course of two weeks the pain associated with my strained muscle was significantly reduced in intensity. Each time I left after treatment I felt relaxed and felt I was responding to treatment. So I have been surprised and happy with the effect that Naomi's work has had on reducing my back pain. Naomi is highly professional, communicative and provides an environment of calm and healing in her acupuncture studio. If you're considering acupuncture as a therapy for back pain I can highly recommend Naomi.
Course was well put, instructors were very good at teaching basic skills and were always there when we needed an answer for our questions. Jeff,Tony and Matt made sure we all got as much riding time as possible before we got to the test. Great experince overall, very satisfied.
