“My daughter, age 15, and I decided to try Ashley Elizabeth Salon between Salem & Beverly. Wanted to try them because they sponsor a women’s softball team in Beverly.
We were able to easily book one appointment online, but the online system was full when we tried to book two simultaneous appointments on short notice. Sent an email to the contact us link, and heard back right away. They were able to accommodate our schedule.
Off street parking was easy since they have a private lot.
Emily took care of us and she was so welcoming, she really listened to how we wanted our hair and she came through beautifully.

“I don't want to date myself but I've known Alex for over 30 years and not only is he a Master at his craft, he is the most genuine sincere person I have ever had the pleasure to know. When I started going to his salon I was just a youngster and In the era of tanning booths and spending a quarter to 1/3 of my paycheck on my hair between the perms, frostings, cut style but I wouldn't of given the whole purse because I looked and felt like a million dollars every single time! When I moved to Arizona 18 years ago I was so bummed to leave my favorite hair salon but when I come back to visit family and can get in to see him it's like I never left. “I cannot express enough how amazing and talented Cindy is. I have a difficult time trusting any stylist with my curls. This is because most stylists say they can cut curls and then my hair looks atrocious. So when I moved to Massachusetts I had to try out a few stylists. I can 100% say Cindy is the best by far. When I know what I want done, she listens. When I'm uncertain with my hair, her suggestions have never let me down. I will drive 45 minutes to go see her because that's how great she is.

She has now done my basic hair cuts, highlighted my hair for my wedding, styled my hair for my wedding and styled my hair for headshots for my business. My wedding hair turned out STUNNING (IMO, but pics for proof). When I wanted to dye my hair for my wedding she talked me out of it, informing me that the demi-glaze may not work well on my grays given my hair texture. I am so glad I listened, the highlights were flawless and 9 months later, you still cant see my gray hairs!

The salon itself is very relaxed. It's owned by Cindy's mom who is also a hair dresser. She is so sweet and I love seeing the clientele pop in just to even say hello.“
