So I found The Water Heater Guys by seeing his truck on the road. Am I glad I found this business. I had Dean the owner out to my home and ultimately replaced my aging water heater, my failing water softener, and added a water filtration system. Dean was the first clean, responsive, respectful, diligent, honest, fair, and hard working contractor I've had in a long time. Dean explained everything in detail, made recommendations based on his tests/findings, and let me make my decision without pressure. He even took the time to position the equipment in a much better spot so as too create more room in my basement. There was zero feeling of being taken like you do with large companies like Mendel or Four seasons, etc. Dean completed my project in a very timely fashion. He was very clean and respectful of my property. He was communicative throughout and also treated my wife with respect and friendliness the first time he responded. I had the best experience using SLT for my wedding hair and makeup!! Sarah was great from the start with communication through texts and emails and always got back to me so quickly. She was flexible with me as a figured out my exact numbers for hair and makeup services. I ended up having 2 stylists/artists for each service on the day, and all of my girls were so happy with their hair and makeup. I personally had Shelbie for makeup and Kristi for hair and I absolutely loved them both!! They listened to me at my trial when discussing what I wanted and liked and were able to come up with the perfect soft glam look for the day. My other two stylists were Nicole and Katie, and my girls seemed to have great experiences with them, as well. We were even ready early on the day, which was great for keeping stress low! I highly recommend using SLT!

As a woman with a specific taste in how my short hair is cut, I was extremely happy after switching to Fade N Flow. Since I was left disappointed from multiple previous hair cuts from multiple different stylists around the St.Charles/ West Chicago area, there was no question that Fade N Flow was the barber shop for me. Ever since I found them 2 years ago I have never left an appointment with them unhappy with my cut. If I remember correctly, The barber did a great job. As a middle-aged man this is reminiscent of barbershops when I was a kid. It's a little ways away because I'm in a different suburb but I would definitely go back. no question. I had a great talk with the barber man to man and it was great.

This is a nice little salon, located inside Meijer's. The technician that gave me a pedicure was very friendly, & took the time to do a good, thorough job. It was relaxing, not rushed at all. The pricing is very reasonable, & they also offer specials, check out their website. Scheduling is convenient online, no need to play "phone tag" waiting for callbacks. I will return to this salon, was very satisfied with the service I received from Maria.

I went to get my eyebrows waxed for the first time and was scared because I’ve seen how some other places do them or treated their clients, but for my first time going I’ve never felt more confident and in love with my eyebrows than before. I like Neek’s technique. I’m a man and she keeps it subtle. Also I appreciate how she uses scissors as well to groom the eyebrows properly. The shop is big with waiting space, but I never had to wait. Neek is quick and professional.

We were able to have a great conversation while coloring, cutting, and styling with privacy and without interruptions. It is a very laid back and comfortable vibe. Parking is easy. Rylee is a genius with color and really specializes in brunette colors with texture. She also does amazing work with blond coloring. She is personable and can put anyone at ease!!! Always satisfied!! She takes great care to use vegan friendly products too!

She was so fun to work with during my hair trial and we found something I loved. However a few days before my wedding I had changed my mind because I realized my hair would cover the back of my dress so I showed her a photo & she nailed it the day of my wedding. I had forgotten a hair piece that was supposed to go in my hair and she went out of her way to grab one for me at her salon. I can't even remember how I came across this place, but I have been seeing Victoria for a while now for electrolysis. It's very easy to make an appointment using their online system. The first time I went was for a consultation. Victoria was very knowledgeable and presented me with everything that I needed to know about electrolysis. I felt very comfortable and she made me feel not self conscious about my facial hair (I have PCOS). I have had many treatments since then and have seen great results from my sessions. I would highly recommend going here.

Absolutely loved my Timeless Facial with Sam. The products used don't have an overwhelming smell and the steam was not drowning my face the whole time. Throughout my facial I felt like Sam really cared for helping my skin. Usually my face feels somewhat dry and sometimes I feel my moisturizer just sits on top of it. I left with my face feeling so nicely hydrated and not greasy. My most favorite part was the massage portion, I have been searching high and low for a spa that offers this. I cannot wait for my next appointment!

Titan was able to send a technician out to fix my water heater same day and save us from a weekend with no hot water. The fix was fast and David explained everything he did to get me back up and running. Cleanup was great too you could hardly tell I had a new water heater installed. We are pleased with the floors. The St. Charles staff were very helpful. My hope is the 2 gentleman who lugged all the equipment and spent days working hard to make the installation perfect, do receive a fair wage. That's one reason we avoid big box and non-union stores when possible.

We've worked with Mosquito Authority (M.A.) for a few years and they are great. Since they started spraying we can enjoy being outside without bug spray for the first time. Their spray has no smell. Bonus- we have almost no Japanese Beetles or Wasps. Prior to M.A. my garden was infested with the beetles and the wasps were terrible. Wonderful service and company.
We called Innovation studios to design an outdoor space for entertaining. Our backyard had drainage issues and was incredibly muddy every time it rained. As a result we hardly spent time in it. Jay was great to work with and quickly designed a space that met our needs and exceeded our dreams.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Mason for 12 years. Dr. Mason and his staff are second to none. He is kind, compassionate, professional and totally reliable. Want to also give a shout-out to Dr Evan Lefelstein who treated me on a Saturday on an emergency basis. I had lost a large part of a front tooth and Dr. Lefelstein came in and spent almost two hours fixing my tooth. I highly, highly recommend this wonderful practice.
Bon DDS is an amazing dental office that always provides me with a positive experience. The hygienist, Dmytro, consistently does an amazing job of thoroughly cleaning my teeth without causing any discomfort or pain, and Dr. Hyvel is the kindest dentist I have met. She always creates a warm, friendly environment while making me laugh, never pushes procedures, and provides the best, painless fillings that have never caused any issues. I highly recommend Bon DDS!

Love this practice & am recommending them to everyone I know! I’m in my 2nd week & they focus on jist C1 or Atlas as I think it’s called. Every nerve starts there so if it’s not aligned, your body compensates. I had a significant misalignment and am battling years of arthritis & muscle memory that I’m trying to overcome but already I am seeing improvement. The treatment is very gentle, no cracking. Dr.Coop is really kind and takes time to explain things so I can really start to understand this process. While it is not a cheap therapy or a a magic cure to anything, it is worth every penny to get my neck in a position that can allow my body to do the healing it’s designed to do. Nothing else has given me hope for true improvement like this therapy has done. The staff is so helpful & kind. If someone refers you to them you can get discounts on the initial assessment. Grateful I got referred to try this. If you’re able I HIGHLY recommend giving them a try, especially for any neck issues!

I highly recommend Dr Jennifer Skrabutenas with Fox Valley Chiropractic in St Charles. Her expertise in dry needling for my trigger thumb helped me avoid surgery, the next step after two failed injections. She is a functional doctor and has also helped me with my supplements, which is quite a task with my pre diabetes, Gerd and kidney stones. So thankful I found her.

I continued with care and then a maintenance program as my occupation as a Flight Attendant is very physical. I can’t recommend this practice enough! I first visited during my third trimester and the adjustments helped so much with hip pain and brown ligament pain! Neha is very knowledgeable and took her time to explain the mechanisms that may be causing some of my discomfort and reviewed stretches that can help. I will definitely be back!

Cannot say enough about the wonderful, caring staff and doctors at Gateway! VERY dedicated to helping your pet like it's their own. Old fashioned respect for you and your pets, very good communication and follow through whenever you need anything. They have really gone above and beyond for my sweet boy, currently a cancer patient. Many calls to my home after hours by his vet, the practice owner, working tirelessly to make sure we had the best plan of action - and many hours of research and communication with other specialists on my pets behalf. You will feel like your dog or other pet is the only one they see. Amazing front desk staff as well , just really good people who care.
I want to just gush over the staff at the animal hospital. My daughter just moved back here and was without a vet. Her cat became gravely ill. She unfortunately had to go on a trip during figuring out what was wrong with our well loved cat! Dr Scott and staff keep us informed and our cat comfortable till our daughter made it home and she was able to make the very hard choice of letting her go peacefully! We can't thank them enough for the help and compassion during a very difficult time!
I have to keep this short before I start bawling again but wanted to give a huge recommendation for this place as an ER because a few days ago my husband and I had that nightmare, the one every single person reading this dreads, when one of our beloved cats died very suddenly, as in one minute the cat who had not been sick at all was playing and fine and the next he'd frozen up into some kind of siezure and stopped breathing in a matter of seconds. Terrified and in shock I googled ER vet near me and thank God I got this place, calling them while running to the car with our cat. We lost him, yes, to an apparent heart attack, but the kindness and care and steadfast feeling this clinic gave us when we needed it most has won them our loyalty and I'm grateful to everyone on staff that night for taking care of us, and of Captain Larry.
Dr. Beyer and her staff went above and beyond treating our 5 yr. old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Bailey developed an abscess behind his eye after dental extractions at our local Veterinarian. The care and compassion he and our family received was excellent.

My wife and I had the chance to see Dr. Kroll for a second opinion after getting mixed messages from our other vet. Not only is Dr. Kroll knowledgeable, but very experienced and thorough. Everyone we encountered from the front desk to the multiple vet techs were very kind and organized. Our tech, Hope, was also compassionate in dealing with our dog. You can tell that the people who work there are true professionals that love animals. Highly recommend them as a primary care veterinary clinic!

We had a excellent experience with Loyal Companions. From the friendly attentive office staff to Kate the very skilled groomer. My dog gets very anxious when being groomed but Kate's calming demeanor definitely made the whole visit great. I highly recommend them.
Our 6 yr old had his annual check up. Dr Amy is very enthusiastic and wonderful with our poodles. It felt like a thorough and thoughtful health check

We had a cat mani/pedi appointment scheduled at 8:45. My cat was seen within seconds of walking in. It was so quick and so easy that my cat didn’t even seem to notice. We got to house before 9:00!
Friendly, attentive staff. Pups were overdue for grooming. They were treated gently and look great. Next appointment set.
Overall great experiences so far. This is my second time taking my little anxious chihuahua to get groomed and nail trimmed and they handled him well and got the job done. No other place would take my dog due to his skittish behavior and I knew he just needed to trust someone and they were confident. Will absolutely keep coming here to get services.
Mindy in the office has been so kind and helpful. Our OT, Kate, is truly amazing. She is a great listener, flexible, and non-judgmental. I felt totally supported and understood as a parent, which made me feel at ease quickly. My son loves their play-based approach. We saw another OT (elsewhere) who was cold and rigid— Everyone at My Recess Therapy has been the opposite of that and we are so grateful for their warm and welcoming atmosphere. Tried an intro class today and it was amazing. I was concerned I’d fall off the machine before I arrived but I really appreciated the instructors help in getting my positions right and I didn’t fall once. I already recommended the class to my sister.

Melanie is an amazingly skilled massage therapist. She gave me my life back after my back went out on me with stenosis, 3 herniations and 2 slipped discs from L2-S1 that were overlooked and misdiagnosed; and nerve impingements at both the motor and sensory. I was given the run around and false hope at so many other places. I couldn't use my leg and presented w a swooping of the leg and a dropped foot. It looked like I had a stroke, but I didn't. I couldn't lift myself upright without excruciating pain. The nerve pain was unbearable.
She listens and is patient and kind with a bedside manner that allows you to feel whatever it is that is needed to help heal. She is also a physical therapist assistant with a strong knowledge of anatomy and how the body works.
I highly recommend her expertise in the myofascial decompression cupping technique (MFD).
She is a light in this field of work.
