Bina the owner has done my eyebrows twice now and does not disappoint! She is kind and professional. She does such a clean job. she does not miss a single hair! She will first draw them out to get the shape perfect. I love how she gives you a mirror and shows you the progress every step of the way to make sure you’re liking it before she’s done. She’s very talented and listens to what the client wants. I’m very particular and she did such a great job. I have very thick eyebrows and requested to leave them fuller and closer together in the middle and to have a nice arch. (I have a really hard time finding people that can do them exactly how i like it) but Bina did just that!!! (pictures are directly after so they’re a little red which is completely normal for me)

Hoang is very knowledgeable and accommodating, providing thorough information while being considerate of keeping the science high-level so I could digest it ? I cannot recommend One Bridal Company enough. They worked with our morning of schedule, knowing we only had 4 hours to get 10 girls ready (including myself). They sent extra make-up and hair artists. The artists are so kind, bubbly, and listen to what I wanted for my wedding. Michelle was my make-up artist and she was AWESOME, best make-up I have ever gotten done. Amy did my hair and it was absolutely beautiful.
We took our daughter to Rosie’s salon for her very first haircut, and Rosie made the experience such a great one! She treated her to the full works—wash, cut, and blow dry—and was so sweet and patient the whole time. My daughter felt so special and absolutely loved it. I wish I could give 100 stars!! I have been going to Erica Molak for about 15 years. My hair was in terrible shape , once I started going to her my hair now grows like a weed and is so healthy. I get compliments on my hair daily. Not only is she a color goddess but her attention to detail with haircut styles are absolutely amazing too. I highly recommend this salon which by the way is super clean and stylish. I have also gone to other stylists at her salon and they’ve done an a great job too. I could always get in when I needed to get my hair done. Her prices are affordable. You will not be disappointed. They also do bridal updo’s too

This place is phenomenal! Each one of the staff members takes pride and care in their work and makes a special effort to ensure their customers leave happy. I’ve already referred 2 guys who have seen them and they loved their hair cuts as much as I have. As a woman with a specific taste in how my short hair is cut, I was extremely happy after switching to Fade N Flow. Since I was left disappointed from multiple previous hair cuts from multiple different stylists around the St.Charles/ West Chicago area, there was no question that Fade N Flow was the barber shop for me. Ever since I found them 2 years ago I have never left an appointment with them unhappy with my cut. If you are anyone who has short hair and you are looking for a great haircut at a place with amazing staff, I definitely recommend making an appointment with Fade N Flow. They are a small business but they make a big effort in ensuring your short hair is cut the way you want it!

What's not to like? Regular barber giving regular haircuts to regular folks. Friendly and fun....plus...treats usually...and vintage TV.
If I remember correctly, The barber did a great job. As a middle-aged man this is reminiscent of barbershops when I was a kid. It's a little ways away because I'm in a different suburb but I would definitely go back. no question. I had a great talk with the barber man to man and it was great.

This is a nice little salon, located inside Meijer's. The technician that gave me a pedicure was very friendly, & took the time to do a good, thorough job. It was relaxing, not rushed at all. The pricing is very reasonable, & they also offer specials, check out their website. Scheduling is convenient online, no need to play "phone tag" waiting for callbacks. I will return to this salon, was very satisfied with the service I received from Maria.
Tang is very wonderful. My nails always look beautiful. They're friendly they're just five stars. A couple months ago I had a bad fall and was in a lot of pain she took out some ice packs and even held them on me well my nails are drying. I'd say that's number one service.

Absolutely the best salon I have been to recently. I have used a number of nail salons in the area and usually just bop around, depending where I am that day but this place has me for life. I went in with a very broken nail, like mid nail bed, and they were able to painlessly fix the issues and replace my natural nail with a single acrylic. The cost was much cheaper than usual places also. This is a true gem. Clean! Very friendly staff!

I was dropping off my car rental next door to this nail salon. When I was picking up my car rental on Sunday, I enquired to the florist next door. I was told that business is not a florist but a nail salon. They had so many plants in the window, I assumed.
On my way out of the car rental location today, I realized I was not able to fit in a pedicure anywhere in my agenda. Not at any time. I decided to take advantage of my free time and see if I could get into a chair anytime soon. I could and I did! As soon as I walked in the door I remember stopping in here for a pedicure when they first opened up business, at this location, over 12 years ago. They are still here and going strong. In this day and age of technology it is so refreshing to come across a salon that welcomes walk in customers. I was promptly seated and choose my color. While being treated I observed two other customers stop in without an appointment. They were away from home for a wedding. They too were promptly serviced. The price I was charged for a basic pedicure was not as pricey as most places I frequent. The service was quick. I was made comfortable. The surroundings are clean and aesthetically pleasing. The lighting was just bright enough, and muted enough to be relaxing. Nice massaging, lotions, hot water, hot towels, check, check, check. I liked that they had cloth hand towels for the customers to use in which to dry our hands in the bathroom. Things were quiet. Not like a library quiet but soothing and able declutter my senses quiet. After all pedicures are, and should be, a destressing, relaxing experience.
Once my polish had set, I was not rushed to pay or exit. Which is my experience everywhere else I frequent. I did notice they have a room for full body massage.
In the future I will keep in mind, when dropping off my car rental next door, to leave time to pop in for a pedicure at Versailles Nail Spa.
Amazing service! I love my lashes and brows, not having to worry about doing them in the morning has helped me save time and I can look good at anytime! I often struggle with my skin being oily and my make up coming off this was the best solution!
I like Neek’s technique. I’m a man and she keeps it subtle. Also I appreciate how she uses scissors as well to groom the eyebrows properly. The shop is big with waiting space, but I never had to wait. Neek is quick and professional.

Great experience. I'm a long time client so excited for the new suite in an amazing location. We were able to have a great conversation while coloring, cutting, and styling with privacy and without interruptions. It is a very laid back and comfortable vibe. Parking is easy. Rylee is a genius with color and really specializes in brunette colors with texture. She also does amazing work with blond coloring. She is personable and can put anyone at ease!!! Always satisfied!! I have had the pleasure of her styling my hair for both my sister-in-laws weddings and seeing her style close friends/family for another wedding- it was a no brainer to have her do my hair for my wedding and I’m so thankful for it! Nicci and her daughter came on time and we’re actually ahead of schedule a bit which was great for last minute touch ups! She listened to what I wanted to executed it perfectly! I can't even remember how I came across this place, but I have been seeing Victoria for a while now for electrolysis. It's very easy to make an appointment using their online system. The first time I went was for a consultation. Victoria was very knowledgeable and presented me with everything that I needed to know about electrolysis. I felt very comfortable and she made me feel not self conscious about my facial hair (I have PCOS). I have had many treatments since then and have seen great results from my sessions. I would highly recommend going here.

Absolutely loved my Timeless Facial with Sam. The products used don't have an overwhelming smell and the steam was not drowning my face the whole time. Throughout my facial I felt like Sam really cared for helping my skin. Usually my face feels somewhat dry and sometimes I feel my moisturizer just sits on top of it. I left with my face feeling so nicely hydrated and not greasy. My most favorite part was the massage portion, I have been searching high and low for a spa that offers this. I cannot wait for my next appointment!

I had two other bids to replace my ejector pump. One was $1600, one was $1200, and Wagner came in at $1020. They were also able to get someone here less than 24 hours after I called. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Titan was able to send a technician out to fix my water heater same day and save us from a weekend with no hot water. The fix was fast and David explained everything he did to get me back up and running. Cleanup was great too you could hardly tell I had a new water heater installed. I was also very happy my initial call was answered by a real person in my town, not a call center, answering machine, or AI 'assistant'.

Our 3 season room and new deck from Timber Built is beautiful. They first had to remove our old deck. All of the men who worked on all facets of this project were professional and friendly, and always available to answer questions. It’s obvious that Timber Built emphasizes customer service with their tradesmen they employ, and also the managers and salesmen. The guys were out there working in harsh and sometimes messy conditions; the muddy fall season turned into very frigid temperatures in December and January. We have already recommended this company to a couple of friends who were impressed with the room.

We've worked with Mosquito Authority (M.A.) for a few years and they are great. Since they started spraying we can enjoy being outside without bug spray for the first time. Their spray has no smell. Bonus- we have almost no Japanese Beetles or Wasps. Prior to M.A. my garden was infested with the beetles and the wasps were terrible. Wonderful service and company.
We called Innovation studios to design an outdoor space for entertaining. Our backyard had drainage issues and was incredibly muddy every time it rained. As a result we hardly spent time in it. Jay was great to work with and quickly designed a space that met our needs and exceeded our dreams.

His creativity and attention to detail transformed a soggy, muddy area of our yard into the most used part of our home. Thankfully, they’d given me a referral to a local periodontist that was able to assist in my emergency situation.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Mason for 12 years. Dr. Mason and his staff are second to none. He is kind, compassionate, professional and totally reliable. Want to also give a shout-out to Dr Evan Lefelstein who treated me on a Saturday on an emergency basis. I had lost a large part of a front tooth and Dr. Lefelstein came in and spent almost two hours fixing my tooth. I highly, highly recommend this wonderful practice.
Dr Hyvel took me in as a new patient in a pinch who needed a filling put back in and did a fantastic job fixing it! It looks like my real tooth and doesn’t have the ridges or imperfections from the prior filling. She’s extremely knowledgeable in her craft and you can tell she really knows what she’s talking about when going over the things happening in your mouth and how your body is affecting it.
I scheduled a cleaning shortly after that was quick and painless as well.
The facility is clean, organized and state-of-the-art!
I’ve been coming here for many years and I see Dr.Jo. She for me is the best around, she cares about what pain you’re feeling and takes the time to explain things. The staff is great all very nice. They also have a masseuse her name is Ally, she is very good. I can’t say enough about good things about this place. I 100% recommend them if you’re having back issues.

I bring my 9 year old to Dr B. He has a lot of displaced frustration and anger. Since coming to Dr B he has seemed so much more patient and relax. He asks to go to the chiropractor. When you ask him how he likes going or how does he feel he says “ less angry more relaxed”! Thank you Dr B and Jess for all you do!

Best Chiropractor in town. My (late husband and) I have been patients for 10 years. Dr. Schulte's techniques are gentle and very effective. I like the fact that he uses a variety of techniques to evaluate and track your progress. He is always on time, and he always makes time for questions. The clinic atmosphere is relaxed, prices are more than reasonable. I am very greatful for the progress I have made under his care.
Dr Glesener has put me back together for many years now. His team is amazing and really cares about making you feel better. I even have my husband going to see him. I trust his wisdom and would highly recommend him and his team.

I can’t recommend this practice enough! I first visited during my third trimester and the adjustments helped so much with hip pain and brown ligament pain! Neha is very knowledgeable and took her time to explain the mechanisms that may be causing some of my discomfort and reviewed stretches that can help. I will definitely be back!

Cannot say enough about the wonderful, caring staff and doctors at Gateway! VERY dedicated to helping your pet like it's their own. Old fashioned respect for you and your pets, very good communication and follow through whenever you need anything. They have really gone above and beyond for my sweet boy, currently a cancer patient. Many calls to my home after hours by his vet, the practice owner, working tirelessly to make sure we had the best plan of action - and many hours of research and communication with other specialists on my pets behalf. You will feel like your dog or other pet is the only one they see. Amazing front desk staff as well , just really good people who care.
I want to just gush over the staff at the animal hospital. My daughter just moved back here and was without a vet. Her cat became gravely ill. She unfortunately had to go on a trip during figuring out what was wrong with our well loved cat! Dr Scott and staff keep us informed and our cat comfortable till our daughter made it home and she was able to make the very hard choice of letting her go peacefully! We can't thank them enough for the help and compassion during a very difficult time!
I have to keep this short before I start bawling again but wanted to give a huge recommendation for this place as an ER because a few days ago my husband and I had that nightmare, the one every single person reading this dreads, when one of our beloved cats died very suddenly, as in one minute the cat who had not been sick at all was playing and fine and the next he'd frozen up into some kind of siezure and stopped breathing in a matter of seconds. Terrified and in shock I googled ER vet near me and thank God I got this place, calling them while running to the car with our cat. We lost him, yes, to an apparent heart attack, but the kindness and care and steadfast feeling this clinic gave us when we needed it most has won them our loyalty and I'm grateful to everyone on staff that night for taking care of us, and of Captain Larry.
They were wonderful. They got me in for a same day emergency and promptly removed a seed splinter in my dog’s eye.

My wife and I had the chance to see Dr. Kroll for a second opinion after getting mixed messages from our other vet. Not only is Dr. Kroll knowledgeable, but very experienced and thorough. Everyone we encountered from the front desk to the multiple vet techs were very kind and organized. Our tech, Hope, was also compassionate in dealing with our dog. You can tell that the people who work there are true professionals that love animals. Highly recommend them as a primary care veterinary clinic!

We had a excellent experience with Loyal Companions. From the friendly attentive office staff to Kate the very skilled groomer. My dog gets very anxious when being groomed but Kate's calming demeanor definitely made the whole visit great. I highly recommend them.
Our 6 yr old had his annual check up. Dr Amy is very enthusiastic and wonderful with our poodles. It felt like a thorough and thoughtful health check

Overall great experiences so far. This is my second time taking my little anxious chihuahua to get groomed and nail trimmed and they handled him well and got the job done. No other place would take my dog due to his skittish behavior and I knew he just needed to trust someone and they were confident. Will absolutely keep coming here to get services.
Mindy in the office has been so kind and helpful. Our OT, Kate, is truly amazing. She is a great listener, flexible, and non-judgmental. I felt totally supported and understood as a parent, which made me feel at ease quickly. My son loves their play-based approach. We saw another OT (elsewhere) who was cold and rigid— Everyone at My Recess Therapy has been the opposite of that and we are so grateful for their warm and welcoming atmosphere. Tried an intro class today and it was amazing. I was concerned I’d fall off the machine before I arrived but I really appreciated the instructors help in getting my positions right and I didn’t fall once. I already recommended the class to my sister.
I have been seeing Mike for a few months now to address chronic neck and back pain, recurring headaches, and an unusual sound in one ear. I started once a week and now have “graduated” to once a month for maintenance. My attendance was strictly my preference. I was desperate to feel better. I went through multiple rounds of PT, have seen several massage therapists, even gone through pain management doctor. Mike has helped my pain tremendously! I no longer get daily headaches, my neck and back pain have improved significantly, and the annoying noise has been pretty much gone. I plan on continuing to see him monthly. It is not close to home, and definitely considered an investment in my health, but well worth it! I’m so grateful to have found someone who genuinely cares, and helps me feel better! Highly recommend!
Melanie is an amazingly skilled massage therapist. She gave me my life back after my back went out on me with stenosis, 3 herniations and 2 slipped discs from L2-S1 that were overlooked and misdiagnosed; and nerve impingements at both the motor and sensory. I was given the run around and false hope at so many other places. I couldn't use my leg and presented w a swooping of the leg and a dropped foot. It looked like I had a stroke, but I didn't. I couldn't lift myself upright without excruciating pain. The nerve pain was unbearable.
She listens and is patient and kind with a bedside manner that allows you to feel whatever it is that is needed to help heal. She is also a physical therapist assistant with a strong knowledge of anatomy and how the body works.
I highly recommend her expertise in the myofascial decompression cupping technique (MFD).
She is a light in this field of work.

I went in for PT to strengthen my leg and improve flexibility prior to surgery. Niyati developed exercises that relieved 3 years of tightness in my leg and I feel much more confident. Looking forward to returning to her excellent care post surgery.
I have been receiving P.T. here for the last few months. The therapy staff here have been wonderful. They have helped me tremendously with a variety of exercises !
