“I love this location! Located in downtown St. Charles it's such a cute area. Initially I was a little nervous how the parking situation would be, but to my delight there is a free public parking garage, which makes life so much easier. I'm able to take classes via Class Pass and I love it. The staff is so friendly and what I particularly like is they never pressure you to create a membership with the franchise itself. Unfortunately, for many of my class pass classes that has been my experience. I get it, you want to build loyal customers but no one wants to be pestered. I have no issues being pestered here. You walk in, check in with front desk, put your belongings away, grab whatever materials you'll need for class that day and get settled in. No hassles. The classes are challenging but not impossible, which is exactly what I was looking for. Because of my work, I kinda just pick a day of the week that best works for me. Because of this I have had 3 different instructors and all have been phenomenal. They are patient, helpful, and knowledgeable! It's important to note that grippy socks are required for each class, they sell some at the facility, but it's probably cheaper to buy it via Amazon! The facility is always spotless and well taken care of, you are absolutely going to love this place!“

“This is a beautiful studio with friendly staff and clients. It is well-run. Hella Hot offers pure Bikram which has made such a difference in my health: balance, flexibility, circulation & back strength. It has kept the frozen shoulder at bay and has been so good for my skin! They guide you safely through 26 poses designed to build on each other, and the teacher gives ongoing instruction as to how to do and improve each pose. The teachers are excellent!“
