Jon from Titan was professional, friendly and helpful. We had a tricky issue and he figured it out and installed the new part we had purchased. I would highly recommend Titan for any plumbing issues. We have used them for a few issues and they have always been easy to work with.

My experience with Titan Plumbing was excellent! Christina who helped me on the phone was not only professional but very helpful. John was the technician that installed my hot water heater. He was very informative and also very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Jon has been the person from Titan that we have used thus far.....first time because they sent him and the second time because we requested him. Titan/Jon is always prompt, respectful of our home, interactive with us in an appropriate way and he knows what he is doing. Every issue we have had has been resolved the first time out and I believe at a competitive price. I have no reason not to recommend Titan.
