He was neat, quick to respond, and really cares about his customers. The team provided next day service for water heater replacements and repairs, even fixing kitchen sink pipes after the main job. They also installed a new ejection pump and a tankless water heater. The work was great and clean, and the guys are reasonably priced and helpful explaining options. So I found The Water Heater Guys by seeing his truck on the road. Am I glad I found this business. I had Dean the owner out to my home and ultimately replaced my aging water heater, my failing water softener, and added a water filtration system. Dean was the first clean, responsive, respectful, diligent, honest, fair, and hard working contractor I've had in a long time. Dean explained everything in detail, made recommendations based on his tests/findings, and let me make my decision without pressure. They installed a new ejection pump in our basement a year ago and we just needed a new water heater and they put one in the next day. Great clean work. Guys are reasonably priced too and do good work and are really helpful explaining options.
Stumbled upon The Water Heater Guys through a Google search and the entire experience was phenomenal. Dean, the owner, took my call, looked at my water heater and had it replaced the very next day. What stood out about Dean was his helpfulness and great attitude. Full recommendation will use again.
