I dread going to the dentist, BUT Dr. Paterno, her staff, and the ladies at the front desk, Lauren and Beth make it as pleasant of an experience as it can be. We have a crazy schedule and Lauren and Beth are always pleasant and patient over the phone or in person scheduling appointments. I really do appreciate all of their help. Dr. Paterno is AMAZING. She is a very calm person which helps someone like me feel less panicked about going to the dentist. I needed a lot of dental work done, and Dr. Paterno worked out a plan that made sense. As always, Second Street Dental provided amazing service. Everyone was so friendly and the atmosphere was very upbeat. I have never liked going to the dentist before, but the staff here make it not only a bearable experience, but one that I’m happy to repeat!

Everyone from reception, to the hygienists, to the dentist was warm and welcoming. The hygienist was so gentle and respectful. They took time to listen, respected any of my sensitivities, & explained what they were doing along the way. They are trustworthy & thorough. They with you to make a plan for your dental health.
