“We didn't really have a time sensitive issue, we've just noticed an increase in wasps around our roof line, but a technician was available the next day after calling. Our technician, Peter, was friendly and knowledgeable! He took the time to explain to me why the wasps were doing that and then explained how to address it. I decided to sign up for the quarterly service to cover any other bug issues (admittedly we should have started the service much sooner, we always have issues with boxelder bugs in the fall and live next to a pond, which obviously attracts more bugs) so Peter sprayed inside and outside, dusted the outside, and placed a bait box near the AC unit to prevent mice from getting inside. Pricing was based on the square footage of the house and seemed reasonable (it was in line with what my parents recently paid for similar services in a smaller community.) It was important to us to find a company that used products that are safe around pets, which they do.”
