The thought of someone cracking my neck and back used to send my stomach in knots. I knew I needed to make some changes but didn’t know how. My relative had recommended that I spend the $20 and just have a consultation, which I ultimately decided to do and it led to one of the best decisions I ever made. Dr. Jo and her staff made me feel very comfortable during my consultation and from every moment on. The activity I used to fear is now the best part of my week. The stretches and adjustment feels like a reset; like my body is more aligned. And the results I saw in just 12 sessions was remarkable. I drive 45 minutes each way to come to Evolve Chiropractic in St. Charles multiple times a week and there is no way I would do that if I hadn’t had as great of an experience as I have had so far. Highly recommended for anyone.
