Dr. Klepitsch was recommended by a coworker of mine. My wife and I just got our first dog. She's a rescue, and we wanted to take her to a veterinarian to see how healthy she was. Dr K took an hour to answer all our questions. He gave our dog a full exam and explained what he would recommend to keep her healthy. We talked to him about what food she should eat, what vaccines she needs and whether or not pet insurance was worth the cost. He took the time to answer all our questions and explain things to us. This practice came recommended to me after I had a horrible experience with the practice I was seeing. It was like night and day. From the first phone call to the completion of the appointment I could not have been happier with the service and care that was received. Highly recommend!

I've been using Gateway for many many years. Even when I moved out of st.Charles I still make the drive back. They are very friendly, kind and always treat my babies the best. They are genuine and honest. If you are looking for a great long term Vet I highly recommend them. They are honest and I will continue to use them for many more years to come.
