Dr Nickel was wildly supportive as we figure out and adjusted to a diabetes diagnosis with our dog, making sure to give encouragement which is exactly what we needed in unknown territory. Dr Sidney Klepitsch calmly and reassuringly guided us through a cancerous lump and surgery with our other dog. She also ended up helping us when our diabetic dog had a vaccine reaction, calling every day and saving appointment times for him daily until he was better (quickly thanks to her help)! Dr Hooper solved a skin issue with an emailed picture when it was late in the day and we weren’t going to be able to get in same day. We’ve had almost all of the other doctors too for regular check ups and have never had a bad experience. They ALWAYS go above and beyond. The vet techs are so kind and caring and the ladies at the front desk are incredible and communicative!”
