I like to watch the Mendel technicians as they work. I do ask questions as they go along. Joe has been doing my furnace's annual check-up for a few years now. He has been keeping an eye on a growing problem on the secondary heat exchanger. He said I could swap the exchanger out as it is still under warranty. I mentioned to him Mendel's furnace and air conditioner BOGO deal this month. My units are both 20 years old. I will be talking to a Mendel rep soon and making a decision on what I want to do now.Service: HVAC system maintenance

Mendel was extremely easy to work with. Called the day before and had an appointment the next day. From the staff that scheduled the appointment, to Jared M who came to our house for service, everyone was professional and friendly. They are on the pricier side, but well worth it.Services: Plumbing leak detection
