Dr Cook and his entire staff are amazing. Unfortunately all 3 of our dogs needed tightrope surgery. The last one being just a couple of days ago. They are all very caring and so helpful.

I brought my toy Yorkie in as she was having issues walking. I was so impressed with her care! Her vet and assistant pulled in a rug and sat on the floor with my senior dog to make her feel comfortable and see her walk. They did a thorough check of her legs, spine and body. She did not rush to put her on meds as she found she has an enlarged liver and suggested we wait for all of the lab results to come in. I was very impressed with everyone I interacted with! Glad I found them :)

My wife and I had the chance to see Dr. Kroll for a second opinion after getting mixed messages from our other vet. Not only is Dr. Kroll knowledgeable, but very experienced and thorough. Everyone we encountered from the front desk to the multiple vet techs were very kind and organized. Our tech, Hope, was also compassionate in dealing with our dog. You can tell that the people who work there are true professionals that love animals. Highly recommend them as a primary care veterinary clinic!
