FCA Flooring exceeded our expectations! Carey, Rob, Luther, and Yesenia were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to work with us so we could get exactly the flooring we wanted while staying within our budget. We were amazed by how quickly the project was completed—the tile floor and stairs were finished in just one day, a job that would have taken us many days, if not weeks, to tackle ourselves. I used FCA to remodel my Master Bathroom. They took out my old shower (one piece wall and floor), removed tile above my tub and re-tiled 2 bathroom floors. I worked with the St. Charles office and the Naperville store. The salesman at St. Charles was patient with me as I changed my mind on what I wanted and he helped me choose a great porcelain floor for the bathrooms. The plumber, tile installers and office personnel were great with communicating. Anything that had a little problem was resolved quickly. I am totally happy with the end result. We are pleased with the floors. The St. Charles staff were very helpful. My hope is the 2 gentleman who lugged all the equipment and spent days working hard to make the installation perfect, do receive a fair wage. That's one reason we avoid big box and non-union stores when possible.
