We are pleased with the floors. The St. Charles staff were very helpful. My hope is the 2 gentleman who lugged all the equipment and spent days working hard to make the installation perfect, do receive a fair wage. That's one reason we avoid big box and non-union stores when possible.
Cary Kelly is great! He spent the time patiently sharing his knowledge and experience, and answered all of our questions regarding our lvp purchase, without any pressure. We'll be back to FCA St. Charles for all of our future flooring needs.
Tim could understand what I was looking for and gave me choices in my price and color range. Made the process comfortable with no hard sell tactics. Installation was effortless for me. I will recommend FCA and return for the rest of my flooring needs.
