I would have given this dental office a 5 star review if it wasn't for their new front desk receptionist Christine/Christina. She is very condescending and her tone is unprofessional to a paying client when scheduling and conducting business over the phone. I really miss Ms. Mel-her professionalism and love for the patients. Ever since her departure, I've experienced nothing bud bad customer service and a high billing summary. Was so considering switching to this dental office permanently after my ortho treatment completion, but this new front desk admin will for sure have them miss out on a new patient and future referrals. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! TERRIBLE, JUST TERRIBLE!! We are exploring dental offices for braces for my 11yr old and I made an appointment for general information (no service) just to learn about treatment options this dental office provides. This was to be a conversation only not an appointment for treatment as we are exploring dental offices and I want to decide which one we want to commit to ( I want to choose the best option for my child). I shared this with the receptionist prior to visiting the office and confirmed with her this is a free visit with no obligation to buy. I also filled out their general new patient information online.
