Gateway is the BEST. Dr Nickel was wildly supportive as we figure out and adjusted to a diabetes diagnosis with our dog, making sure to give encouragement which is exactly what we needed in unknown territory. Dr Sidney Klepitsch calmly and reassuringly guided us through a cancerous lump and surgery with our other dog. She also ended up helping us when our diabetic dog had a vaccine reaction, calling every day and saving appointment times for him daily until he was better (quickly thanks to her help)! We recently started taking our cat, Onyx here and they have been absolutely amazing with him. The veterinarians, techs and front desk staff are so compassionate and really care about your pet. We most recently had him neutered and he had a hernia repair and they were amazing at updating us and that really kept me at ease and gave me peace of mind.
We can’t thank Dr Sidney enough for all the care and compassion she showed in caring for our Kitty though Kitty’final days. Her kindness, sympathy and compassion can not be expressed in words. As our family was making the difficult decision of having to unexpectedly say goodbye to Kitty, Dr Sidney and her whole team at Gateway, made us feel comfortable with the decision we knew we had to make so Kitty didn’t suffer unnecessarily. Dr Sidney offered so much comfort and love to Kitty and our whole family and we can’t thank her and her team enough.
