We used Timberbuilt Rooms to convert our back porch into a screenroom, and have been absolutely thrilled with the results. Timberbuilt did an excellent job working with us to not only balance our design ideas with cost-effective approaches, but also to navigate some local ordinance specifics that presented a few challenges along the way. We are extremely happy with the end-result, and can’t speak highly enough about Rolando in the design room, Brae the builder, and the Timberbuilt team as a whole. Our 3 season room and new deck from Timber Built is beautiful. They first had to remove our old deck. All of the men who worked on all facets of this project were professional and friendly, and always available to answer questions. It’s obvious that Timber Built emphasizes customer service with their tradesmen they employ, and also the managers and salesmen. The guys were out there working in harsh and sometimes messy conditions; the muddy fall season turned into very frigid temperatures in December and January. We have already recommended this company to a couple of friends who were impressed with the room.
