Our 3 season room and new deck from Timber Built is beautiful. They first had to remove our old deck. All of the men who worked on all facets of this project were professional and friendly, and always available to answer questions. It’s obvious that Timber Built emphasizes customer service with their tradesmen they employ, and also the managers and salesmen. The guys were out there working in harsh and sometimes messy conditions; the muddy fall season turned into very frigid temperatures in December and January. We have already recommended this company to a couple of friends who were impressed with the room.

As I sit in the sun of my new sunroom I realize I didn't write a review for TimberBuilt.

My room was completed in July. From the start by visiting the showroom to the finish of my room, all the people involved with my room we're kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and very helpful!

I live in an area with an HOA. Just as all was progressing nicely, we had a side yard setback issue. To me, it seemed insurmountable. To TimberBuilt, it was business as usual! The owners have a competent staff! Ryan, Sean, Lee quickly put my fears to rest and they solved the problem. Thank you! You also never made me feel bad if I called with a question or a new HOA issue.

We cannot be happier with our new 3 season room and deck! The communication and professionalism from everyone was great across the board and the quality of craftsmanship is outstanding. If you're considering adding onto your home, go for it; you'll be thrilled!
