The crew is professional, punctual, and clearly experienced with roof replacement and installation. They walked us through the process, answered every question, and used high-quality materials that look great and should hold up for years to come. The project was completed efficiently, and cleanup afterward was spotless.
It's rare to find a roofing contractor who combines skilled craftsmanship with this level of communication and attention to detail even with HOA compliance. If you're in a community with strict roofing requirements and need a reliable, knowledgeable team, Klemm Exteriors is who I'd trust. Highly recommend for a roof installation or replacement project!
I am impressed with the workmanship and attention to details. Nick H did the job. Enjoyed getting to visit with him. Great guy. Thanks to Steve for setting the job up. I am pleased with Klemm Exteriors. If needed I will gladly use them again.
Great job! Nick and Christian were super professional and thorough. Careful and very detail-oriented. They were up on the roof and in the Attic negotiating a catwalk that was very tricky. They fixed a bathroom exhaust fan hose that was dumping into the Attic and also were able to reach a very small section where condensation was dripping down some conduit from the roof vent. They were super personable and efficient. 100% confidence in their work. Highly recommend.
