“I had the most pleasant experience getting my furnace repaired by Sergio. Sergio and his team are very professional and they truly care about their customers. He explained everything that he was doing including the reasons why. He was very educational. He was able to order original parts for my furnace in less than a day and he came in the next day to repair my furnace. The previous owner of my home had the blower/motor replaced with off-market parts and it was missing even missing some screws. Sergio even provided extra screws on my new blower/motor to ensure safety. He even gave advice on putting carbon monoxide alarms around it as well as using a more efficient air filter. “My husband and I woke up to a very cold house yesterday! Our furnace wasn’t working and we needed someone to come out ASAP. Pure Climate was my first call early in the morning. Jim answered immediately and told me he’d have someone out within a few hours. Getting set up as a new customer was very quick and easy. Chris arrived earlier than expected (which is great) and was patient while I drove home from work to meet him! Chris quickly identified the problem and was able to fix it same day. “Wow! I was asking in our local FB group for recommendations on an HVAC company. A few people recommended BRC so I decided to give them a call.I live over an hour away from my mom who was having heating issues and she has a home warranty company that basically told me to find my own contractor.At first when I called, I was told they’ve never worked with the HW company we’re using but they’d get more information. I figured I probably wouldn’t hear back but a few hours later, I received an update and they called the HW company and figured out the exact process of working with them.I’m blown away by how helpful BRC has been so far! “For years, I've battled with bedroom humidifiers because the air gets so dry in winter with the little April Air humidifiers attached that run through the furnaces in our house.I learned of a different kind of April Air - a Power Humidifier - that provides much more humidity to your home and called an HVAC place to ask about it. They said they couldn't install due to space limitations and instead recommended a much more expensive Steam humidifier. I was a little suspect of the recommendation, so I called Midtown Mechanical to get another opinion.First, they explained that while a Steam humidifier might do the job, it is very costly AND there is a lot of maintenance and expense in upkeep, which is an immediate "no" in my book.Second, they said that they can make the Power Humidifier fit, even though the space was small.Third, they explained that since humidity rises, much like heat, it would be beneficial to install one power humidifier for EACH furnace (two in total), which the other company never mentioned.We scheduled a few days out and the team came on time and they were very courteous. They spent hours at my house (due to the space limitations, it took some time!) and they installed two (one for each furnace).Their service was great. Their price was reasonable -- for TWO power humidifiers, they were only a slightly more expensive than the other company was for ONE power humidifier. And, the humidity is amazing. (And, I've called since to ask a question about humidity levels and they patiently helped me and said if i had any questions or issues, they would be happy to help.)I'd highly recommend these guys for any HVAC work you have.“

“Jeremy and his team are responsive, professional, knowledgeable. We were having major issues with our boiler (constantly getting airlocked). He knew exactly what to do, how to fix it, giving us multiple options for how extreme we wanted our updates to the system to be. When, after the work, it wasn't working exactly as smoothly as we had hoped (it was heating, but there was some unevenness in the system), he and his guys came out again and modified the work to resolve the issue completely. These systems can be delicate and touchy and I really wouldn't trust anyone to work with our boiler system except NorthSide. 100% recommend.“
