“Fricold has been servicing my home for the past 4 years. This year I needed a new AC unit installed. Hector was the service technician that originally came to my home and noticed that I needed a new unit. He explained all of the hazards with my old unit and was very thorough with explaining the prices. My new unit was very reasonably priced and I did not feel as if I was being misled. The finance process was quick and easy. I also had a wonderful experience with Alex and Pedro. They were the technicians who installed my AC unit. The gentleman were incredibly professional, efficient, and polite from start to finish. I really appreciated how respectful they were of my home—they laid down cloths on the floor to make sure they didn’t track in any dirt. They communicated with me throughout the entire day so I always knew what was going on. 2025 Update: I scheduled for a whole-home duct cleaning with the installation of a UV light and would recommend it for anyone with allergies. They were able to show before and after photographs of our vents and couldn't believe the amount of dirt that can accumulate over the years.“
