We have been relying on Midtown Mechanical for our heating and cooling solutions and maintenance for over 15 years. We have used Midtown Mechanical for over 20 years. From installation of HVAC and just AC to simple and complex repairs, we couldn't think of any other company to call. We recently had a Boiler issue and they were there in just a few hours.
Last summer they installed an entirely new AC system in a Four Flat that has radiator heat, installing all new duct work and individual AC controls in each unit. All completed in a timely manner and reasonably priced. Tom and his crew are fantastic.
