03.19.26 - Update - my apologies to Priority Energy. I would like to apologize and I am updating my review to reflect a more accurate experience. As the owner mentioned below, Priority Energy did call me back on February 26th and again this Monday, March 17th. Jen has left me a voicemail both times to follow up. I recently purchased a new phone and my phone did not ring either time that Jen called. I discovered a setting on my phone that was turned on that was sending phone calls to voicemail. My apologies again to Priority Energy.

They really did a stellar job. I got the comfort audit which was reasonably priced for the service I got. Jen was very accommodating and prompt when I initially connected. Dave performed the audit; he is an absolute expert in the building science. He found some major issues with air infiltration and gave me all the information and contacts I need to get them fixed. Also a very affable guy which made the audit a pleasure! Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
Dave C did an assessment for us last month (in anticipation of duct sealing) and really went the full mile to educate us about the weak points (and the positives) of the AC system we have. He was friendly, straight-forward, and truly helpful. Very nice experience with Priority Energy.
