Tone and his crew were excellent. My wife and I recently moved from Chicago to River Forest, and shortly after moving in, our air conditioning broke. We were incredibly fortunate to find Done by Tone. Tone was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful from the start. He and his crew worked incredibly hard, took great care of our home, and made sure everything was installed properly. What really stood out was the personal, local feel of the company. It’s exactly the kind of business you hope to find when moving into a new neighborhood. We had a great experience and highly recommend Done by Tone.
