I appreciated the quick turnaround because the water valve leading to my water heater wouldn't shut off and I had to turn off water to the whole house.<br><br>Chris and Johnny were very thorough and knowledgeable. In addition to swapping out my ancient water heater, they replaced the water valve, the gas valve, some piping, and a vent that was probably not up to code. They also tightened the connection where the water enters my house because they noticed it was dripping.<br><br>After the installation, these guys took precautions to make sure residue from the galvanized pipes did not clog up my faucets. They started the water up slowly to avoid dislodging stuff, then ran the basement faucet first to get any residue out before it reached the kitchen or bathroo., then checked the upstairs faucets. If you have old plumbing, these guys have your back. And if you want to learn more about your own house, they are very helpful about explaining everything.<br><br>At the end, Chris and Jphnny cleaned up their work area and took time to familiarize me with the gas and water valves, the ignition of the pilot light, and the temperature controls. 10 out of 10 service today!
