So, my wife bought our first house last year in the city and we ADORE her so much and have been doing all the tasks to make her feel fresh and new. We peeked into our air ducts recently and were FREAKING HORRIFIED at what we saw. It seemed like they hadn’t been touched once since they were put into our home. With a little research we found this place and they hadn’t great reviews and were a local small family run business. All check marks for us. Setting up the appointment was easy, they worked with our schedule and the price was right. We were BLOWN away with the before and after images they provided. It’s feels like a fresh new house and we are thrilled with everything… read full review

I had a great experience with ER AIR, LLC, specifically Jorge. From the initial communication to the completed installation, the entire process was straightforward, professional, and efficient. The final invoice matched the original quote exactly, with no hidden fees or surprises, which I really appreciated.
Jorge communicated through text message, which made scheduling easy and convenient. He kept me updated on when he was on his way, arrived as promised, and completed the job efficiently while maintaining a professional attitude throughout. The work area was left clean, and the installation itself was neat and well done.
I reached out to ER Air through Yelp and they responded in under five minutes, even while working another job nearby. I explained the horrible experience I had with a different company just the day before, and they were able to come to my place within a couple of hours. They sent a team of three or four technicians who were all courteous and took extra steps to make sure my dryer vents were properly secured and thoroughly cleaned. They had to use a 40-foot ladder to reach the exterior vent between two buildings, so it was not a simple task. Their pricing was very fair and I would highly recommend them. I plan to use them annually moving forward.
