We recently had a new furnace, tankless hot water heater, and humidifier installed by Steve (and Frank), and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Steve was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain our options when securing quotes and recommend the best setup and placement for the tankless water heater with future work we plan on doing in mind. Both Steve and Frank were great workers as well, efficient, thorough, and respectful throughout the process. Both showed strong attention to detail and genuine care for the customer. They’ll also be returning when the weather warms up a bit to install the A/C we purchased as part of the package. “Craig Milner did exceptional work!! I woke up to an AC that was pushing out warm air on a morning with peak temps of 88 degrees and the days to come in the mid 90s. I was able to make a same day appt in the 8am - 12pm window. Craig was extremely communicative both before and during the service call. I explained that I wanted to avoid replacing my HVAC even though it’s 30 years old and he was able to efficiently diagnose the problem and fix it. I needed a somewhat rare part and Craig was able to track down another technician who drove the part over. Once Craig had the part my AC was back and running. He was such a professional and so pleasant to chat with. 10/10 recommend both Craig and Home Comfort Services for all of your HVAC needs. I will be using them exclusively going forward.“

I was like you don’t know the address, she had it based on prior service call. With the heatwave I did not expect next service or that kind of retention information held.
