Francisco picked up the phone first call and was at my place the same day. It was freezing outside and my furnace just decided to stop working. He did his diagnosis and decided I needed a new gas valve. He found the part nearby the house and hold the old one off and the new one on in no time and I was able to finally feel my toes again.
