Really great experience with Crescent Aire. They were on time, professional, patiently explained what was wrong, and had very fair pricing. I was able to quickly schedule my new furnace installation and they also identified and replaced another part that was causing us to have poor heating.

The kindness, knowledge and helpfulness of their technicians is unmatched! The tech at my house took his time to figure out exactly what was going and went out of his way to solve the issue with my AC. Not to mention it was a last minute job on a late Friday afternoon. Our AC stopped working during this dreadful hot & humid month of August. I’m super pregnant & super uncomfortable & needed it fixed ASAP one weekend. Unfortunately, we live in an older house & were concerned it was going to be a complicated, expensive & lengthy fix. While it was slightly complicated, it was nothing they couldn’t handle, and this service made the process more convenient than we could have imagined, especially considering it was a Sunday. They were extremely knowledgeable & efficient & answered all our questions. I’m currently sitting in crisp, cool air & couldn’t be happier!Service: A/C system repair
