Great service! I needed several items fixed as requested by buyers for a sale of a house. Al came on time, fixed the issues, and charged very reasonably. I will be doing business with Climatek again. Thank you!
Very impressed witth Al who came out from Climatek. It was a very cold day in November in Des Plaines Illinois and we woke up to the furnace not running, it was already down to 58 degrees and the thermostat showed that the furnace should be running even though it was not. I was able to get the furnace fan to run so I knew it was not an electrical problem. I looked at the furnace and could not figure out why it was not running. I called three other outfits who were unable to give me a definitive time range they would commit to coming. Al is so professional and knowledgeable. He knows he’s area. He explained to me exactly what’s going on with my AC/Furnace. He also updated me on cost to replace it. He’ s honesty is the most important factor for me. This is the reason why I contacted him to service my AC.
