“03.19.26 - Update - my apologies to Priority Energy. I would like to apologize and I am updating my review to reflect a more accurate experience. As the owner mentioned below, Priority Energy did call me back on February 26th and again this Monday, March 17th. Jen has left me a voicemail both times to follow up. I recently purchased a new phone and my phone did not ring either time that Jen called. I discovered a setting on my phone that was turned on that was sending phone calls to voicemail. My apologies again to Priority Energy.

03.03.26 - I called to inquire about an Energy Audit and Blower Door test for my home in Norridge. I was referred by Nate at Comfort and Sound as well Cory at Attic Experts to the owner Rob. Both Nate and Cory had quoted me to Airseal and Blow in Insulation in my attic. I spoke to a lady who answered the phone and explained the situation that we had insulation blown in our attic in 2023/2024 as well as all new windows put in the home and that we were still having problems. She was very pleasant and asked several probing questions related to what exactly was going at our home. At end, she said she would discuss with the team and get back to me by the end of the week. That was February 9, 2026. Today is March 3, 2026 and there has been no follow up. Per my conversation with her, I asked when I could expect to hear back from her or someone from Priority Energy to which she responded by the end of that week....February 13, 2026. You would think if a customer is a referral from two reputable insulation contractors that Priority would do a better job of following up.“
