I had the most pleasant experience getting my furnace repaired by Sergio. Sergio and his team are very professional and they truly care about their customers. He explained everything that he was doing including the reasons why. He was very educational. He was able to order original parts for my furnace in less than a day and he came in the next day to repair my furnace. The previous owner of my home had the blower/motor replaced with off-market parts and it was missing even missing some screws. Sergio even provided extra screws on my new blower/motor to ensure safety. He even gave advice on putting carbon monoxide alarms around it as well as using a more efficient air...read full review
I have used Brothers Heating & Cooling for over 10 years and I continue to be so happy with the quality service. Sergio installed my furnace and did a masterful job in an old house with cramped quarters, replacing and upgrading a lot of vent connections and wiring and he did not charge an excessive rate some others might. He has maintained the furnace and air conditioner since then, and did a lot of work at my mom's house; he is always very honest and up front with his rates and the work to be done, and highly responsive. There is no service professional I would recommend more highly!
Called Brothers Heating & Cooling for a heating problem they came right away checked out the problem and explained with detail what was wrong and fixed it. I was pleased with the work done. Great service and communication. Highly recommend them and would contact them again.
