Mike spent much more time than it would usually take to get the Ecobee installed due to old wiring in our home. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. He kept at it until all was well done and we understood how to use the new system. Fantastic serviceServices: Installation
Gartner has done major work as well as maintenance over many years in the two houses that I've owned in this area. The biggest job was to remove a very old steam heat system from a 100 year old house and install a new high efficiency gas furnace and central A/C along with all the needed ductwork. I liked that they gave three options for systems with different efficiencies and cost rather than just a very cheap (lower quality) or expensive quote. They also fixed a 20+ year old central AC unit at my previous house rather than just telling me that the unit was too old and should be replaced.
