My furnace went out during our cold snap and they were amazing getting it all taken care of. We thought it might not be that bad but when it wouldnt get above 65, realized there was a problem at hand. They scrambled to get a tech out for me after I had canceled one. A few out of the oridnary things came up and they handled them well. I would 100% use them again!!

Our AC had stopped working on the last day of the hottest week recorded on earth. We were lucky to keep our baby in the basement while we figured out what the issue was. We called GMS and they were booked solid until Monday. After a couple of minutes of expanding the situation they made a special emergency stop to check out what was wrong with system. They came to the house and completed the job in less than 30 minutes! We were extremely thankful they took on one more job on a late Friday evening. They have a customer for life now because of professionalism, cost, service, and overall excellent customer service! Highly recommend!
