Our AC had stopped working on the last day of the hottest week recorded on earth. We were lucky to keep our baby in the basement while we figured out what the issue was. We called GMS and they were booked solid until Monday. After a couple of minutes of expanding the situation they made a special emergency stop to check out what was wrong with system. They came to the house and completed the job in less than 30 minutes! We were extremely thankful they took on one more job on a late Friday evening. They have a customer for life now because of professionalism, cost, service, and overall excellent customer service! Highly recommend!

Hands down the best hvac people I've worked with. They've installed brand new air conditioning, fixed broken boiler valves, repaired our hot water heater and we plan to use them for pretty much all of our future hvac repairs/replacements. Great rates, awesome service and most importantly experts in their craft.

I can't believe how great these guys are. I spoke with Ed after having another company come out that were not able to handle the issue on my AC. I was pretty frustrated. Ed calmed me down on the phone and I immediately felt confident it would be fixed. He stayed on the phone with me for a while and we had a great conversation. Ed went above and beyond to scramble a tech to my house in the middle of the afternoon. Tech Glen showed up and was a top notch professional. He performed a few tests which proved the other company was not on the right track with my issue. Glen fixed the issue within 30mins and immediately the unit began working perfectly.
