I’ve been a GV’s customer for many years. The techs, including Sam who visited recently, are all very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. They are reliably on time, and the work is high quality.

Jake showed up 20 minutes early. Yeah Started off on the right foot. He was pleasant went right to work he put the protective covers on his shoes so we wouldn't get my rugs dirty. He even thought he smelled gas. I didn't but I called Ni Corp and had them come out and see. Well my dryer had 2 small leaks in connecting hose. I really appreciate the extra effort of bringing this to my attention. Even Brenda the young lady at the office called me back to make sure we were ok. I've been a customer for over 40 years and I'm never going anywhere else
