Temperature control in my tri-level is much more consistent and I look forward to the energy savings the heat pump will bring this winter. Josh was very knowledgeable and helped me design the right system for my home. The installation team was very professional and the job was completed in a little over a day.
Answered all our questions. Good price. On installation day everyone was always working. Nobody had any phones out. Very clean worksite. Thorough. Followed up a few days later to ask if everything had been completed to our liking.
We have a 4-story older home, and the central HVAC system was not moving enough air to the upper floors, so the top level never stayed comfortable for heating or cooling. We reached out to a local HVAC company after a previous gas conversion and were very pleased with how carefully they handled this new project. Our main concerns were the thick masonry walls, the routing for the refrigerant lines, and making sure the outdoor access and drainage were done the right way without affecting the structure. Before moving forward, Bryan and the team took time to inspect everything, test wall access points, and confirm that a ductless mini-split system would work properly in the house. That extra planning gave us a lot of confidence. The installation of the 4-head mini-split system went very smoothly. They placed three indoor units on the top floor and one unit in the basement, which now helps with humidity control along with efficient heating and cooling. The difference in comfort has been noticeable right away, especially on the upper floors that used to be difficult to regulate. The crew arrived prepared, worked safely, and handled both the indoor and outdoor HVAC work with care. They kept the job site clean each day, sealed every opening neatly, and even finished the exposed line-set covers so they blended in better with the home. The whole process felt professional from start to finish, and the workmanship was excellent. I would definitely recommend this team for mini-split installation, heating, cooling, and airflow improvement in an older home.

Hi, yesterday I went into the nail shop at 5:20 ish and I didn’t leave until after 7p. The pictures below are pictures of what I wanted Vs. what I got. I am thankful that Dacey was persistent in try to do what I asked for my birthday set. Linda always does so good on my toes, I do think the squared shape could be better but Overall the experience was relaxing, it did take awhile but I gave grace in knowing that this design would be challenging. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because although Dacey worked hard on the design it’s not the best I think it could be, it’s not anyone’s fault writing numbers using nail polish is NO easy task. Thank you for trying your best, I paid $121 I got a 2 regular pedicures, and an overlay w/ a design. In closing, go get your nails done by the girliesssss!

Recently I had my lashes done at another place and it was a nightmare. The best part lace in Rockford to get a traditional tattoo. If you like old school traditional, look no further. I usually go to Zach here, as he was recommended by a friend years ago, but all of the artists here put out really stellar work. Super awesome punk vibe in here, and they will not give you a bad tattoo here. I have had artists here be completely transparent and honest about the crazy tattoo ideas I’ve had. They won’t sugar coat it just to make money, if it’s something they want no part in doing, they will let you know. Really great guys, and they’re a great community tattoo shop.

I was referred to Eric by a friend and it was immediately clear why - He was knowledgeable and quickly fixed our drain issue (or should I say lack of any draining), then gave us some tips so he wouldn't have to come back for a long time to come! He also gave us some good insight into septic maintenance as well. On top of that he fit us in for quick service coming out the afternoon of the day we called. Would recommend you give Eric a call for any clogged drain needs.

After detecting a heavy musty smell next to the dryer vent. After doing a thorough dryer duct cleaning check, the technician discovered years' worth of lint accumulation and trapped moisture inside the vent line. He clarified that if these issues are not addressed right away, they may eventually lead to mold growth and inadequate ventilation. The vent system was completely cleaned from start to finish, and their repair services were performed expertly. I was impressed by the technician's patience as he described the entire procedure. The disagreeable smell totally vanished after the service, and airflow was improved.

I was very impressed with Mike's honesty. He came out to look at my tub surround and after giving me all the options, and looking at my failed DIY resurfacing attempt, we agreed not proceed. He could have done the job just for the money but he didn't want to see it fail later. In today's world, it is hard to find an honest tradesman who gives advice based on the customer's needs not their own financial gain. I would highly recommend Mike!

We hired Eric and his team to remove our old concrete sidewalk and replace it with a beautiful paver brick walkway, and the transformation exceeded every expectation we had. The attention to detail, craftsmanship, and pride they took in their work was obvious every step of the way.
The crew showed up on time, kept the work area clean, communicated throughout the project, and treated our property with respect. They carefully removed the old concrete, properly prepared the base, and installed the pavers with precision. The finished product is absolutely stunning and has completely changed the look of our home.

I recently completed my landscaping project with Brad's Proscapes, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Brad created a detailed landscape plan that helped me visualize everything before the work began. His team installed multiple retaining walls, transformed my backyard patio area, and finished the landscaping with beautiful trees, shrubs, flowers, and plants. The finished yard is even better than I imagined.
One thing I really appreciated was how involved Brad was throughout the entire process. He grows many of his own trees, so I was able to see them before making my selections, and he even took me to a local stone supplier to help choose the perfect materials for the retaining walls. He also coordinated with the contractor installing my concrete sidewalks and patio, as well as my irrigation system, making the entire project seamless and taking one more thing off my plate.
Brad is knowledgeable, creative, easy to work with, and genuinely cares about doing quality work. His crew was professional, hardworking, and respectful of my property every step of the way.

Rick came out to our house two days after we inquired about using his company to assess our needs. We had an addition put on our house and needed a finish grade, dirt, seed and flower beds installed. He quoted us a price and came out and performed the work a few days later. The end result is gorgeous and it was completed in one and a half days. The work was completed a week after the inquiry which was wonderful. We are very happy and the price was less than the bigger landscaping companies. Highly recommend these guys.

We had a tree fall on our house on a Sunday evening and by Tuesday at noon it was gone! Not only the tree from the roof but the remaining trunk.They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them. They even placed a tarp on our roof to cover up the holes left by the tree. We will definitely call them again in the future for any type of tree service.

I’ve had wolf bros out on multiple occasions. They are reasonably priced, speedy, safe, and thorough with cleanup. I love the work they do. I can tell they actually know what they are doing because they have licensed arborists that look at the whole health trees rather than just taking down dead limbs. They are also safe which is the top reason I keep coming back. The crew members are all aware of the surrounding structures and things that I wouldn’t want damaged and do their best to protect my property and family. Thank you wolf bros! I've had Enrique and his crew do tree removal and brush removal on 2 occasions. They did an amazing job both times and cleaned up after themselves. Very professional and friendly. And very reasonable.
I had Javier come out after some storm damage . I found him in Angi's List. They came out and cut up the tree within a few days at a very reasonable cost. He's a super nice guy, small crew but they work fast. I appreciate them so much. It's such a relief to have this tree taken care of. The tree that was removed was not small by any means.

My dental hygienist is very considerate of my walking handicap and assists me walking and sitting and taking X-rays. Even assisted me walking to my car. She is careful doing her work and constantly informed me of the procedure.

You may get tired of hearing this, but Dr Schallow, Dr Orem and NUCCA changed my life. I felt sick all of the time, slept very little, had a racing heart and couldn’t find relief. I saw endocrinologists, cardiologists, primary care physicians, and standard chiropractors. No one could find an answer. It took the NUCCA team awhile but very gradually I began feeling better and better. Today I feel healthy, I’m happy, sleep well and my resting heart rate is around 75.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Wells. When I started to see Dr. Wells, I was in pain 100% of the time. It negatively affected every aspect of my life. Many days I couldn't even get out of bed or even turn my head. I wasn't able to drive or attend important family celebrations and missed out on so much. By my last visit, I was 100% pain free! I'm driving, spending time with family and friends and 1 week after my last visit I went to Disney World and spent 4 days and walked over 11,000 steps a day - without pain and without issue. I've been to a few vets in town and had either horrible experiences or have been treated with indifference for not using the conventional, expensive, treatments for fleas, ticks, and heartworm prevention. But I've found no judgement here. Nothing but talented, loving, informative, caring vets and friendly competent staff. My dogs love coming here, too! I highly recommend this veterinary practice.

I drive to Rockford from the NW burbs just so Dr. Katie can see my parrot. She is wonderful, takes her time, is very personable and has done an amazing job with him! She handles him with care and it's worth the hour drive just so he has a good experience!
I'm sorry this is so late. Should have done this years ago. I got referred to Animal Clinic of Rockford when my original vet's office got hit by a tornado. I was quite timid at first because my family and I had been going to that vet for over 40 years. I don't trust easy when it came to my Dog.
To say my expectations have been met would be an understatement. Dr. Patel and his team are professionals packed with knowledge, care, and compassion.
For the short time (compared to my last vet) of 4 years I had the privilege of taking my Husky to be cared for by Dr. Patel and his team, I absolutely would not take him anywhere else.
His yearly check up was always filled with going through Oscar's chart and making sure we revisit the concerns from previous visits as well as new concerns if there was any. With all the normal stuff, there was also the in depth stuff. He handled my dog's surgery to remove a lump that was bothering him. Which turned out to be cancer after sending it for testing. The team was very compassionate to my nerve racking approach. I will never forget picking my fur-ball up when he was ready. The moment I walked in, I could hear him howling and talking and knew my boy was alright.
Dr. Patel and his team also handled my Dog's euthanasia. He put my baby boy to rest and peace with the utmost respect, care, and compassion. He was very educating every single step of the process.
I wouldn't put my trust in anyone else.
A message to the team. Oscar loved you guys and gals. Every time I asked him if he wanted to go see the Dr. he went nuts! I will miss the interactions Oscar and I shared with you all. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for the love and compassion you showed Oscar. I hope I can change my mind about not wanting another dog. If I do, you'll be the 1st we visit.
I recently moved and switched vets. I chose Bellwood in part because my family brought our family cat to them for almost 20 years. Dr. Jallen was the vet in our latest appointment. He was kind, patient and gentle with my cat. He explained things in plain language so that I understood. He eased my concerns and took time to answer my questions. I highly recommend Bellwood for your pet’s care!

2/5/26 my family and I had to make the hardest decision to have our dog Lokie euthanized he has been part of our life for 15 years. The staff was very respectful and comforting in that time. When it was time the vet came in and explained what was going to happen and we went ahead with it my family and I we're an emotional wreck but what made this clinic a 5 star for me is the vet cried with us. Then to top it all yesterday we received a card with my boy's nose print and words can't describe how greatful I am about that. Super reliable and great with both of our dogs. We have a pup who takes a minute to warm up to new people and she has been extremely comfortable with their staff. Their prices are great, their work is great, their staff is great. I couldn’t recommend them more.
I have a GSD and Husky, both 100 lbs. that were overdue, they look fantastic upon pickup, prices are fair and they give you options (nails, shampoos, etc), the communication process is great with automated reminders. Friendly staff and an owner that knows animals well, very highly recommended with all the groomers in this area.
So glad I found this place. I was very nervous as a man in his mid 30s with zero experience and a few ailments. Luckily for me, they’ve made me feel super comfortable since I first called to inquire. Nancy and all of the instructors are worth their weight in gold.
I’ve been taking classes here since 2016 and my experience has been nothing short of fantastic! Tami works well with all skill sets but I think she is particularly good with newbies. She’s also excellent at working around physical limitations and/or injuries by coming up with appropriate modifications. One of her trademarks is crafting the plan for each class around the skills and goals of the students in the room that day.
It is a great practice where you are not sore afterwards and you get a great workout!
