I had surgery on my foot in January/2025 and was unable to wear a regular shoe for 6 months due to pain, inflammation and my wound not healing properly. I took a chance and signed up for the red light therapy and I couldn’t be happier! After consistent use for about six weeks, my inflammation and pain subsided a great deal and my wound was healing faster than it ever had previously. By week eight, I was in a regular shoe , Without pain and I was due to have a second surgery, but was able to cancel it because I was pain-free by that time. Overall, I would highly recommend this to anyone and have recommended it to all my family and friends because I personally have seen such a difference. The medical grade Red Light Therapy at LA Tan had a tremendous positive effect on my quality of life!

Well it’s that time to get a pedicure and this was my walk-in choice. No appointment made today since it was a last minute decision! I’m just going to go with a classic and see how that goes before I return to step it up to the highest level which depends on the classic. I was greeted nicely and let her know I wanted a pedicure. I sat down for a few then she suggested I choose my color handing me a nail color pallet from the table. I’m not going to time my wait but will say the nail section was packed and someone just walked in wanting a pedicure but was told there’s a 10 minute wait. Look now these days what do we do, we pull out our phones to kill time, right? The shop itself from what I can see is clean from where I’m sitting while waiting. I must say afterward it was a job well done. I appreciated the detailed work that was put into my pedicure as I watched the entire session of it. They do have an ATM in here I spotted so if you ever need to get cash and don’t want to go to an ATM alone this would be a “safe” place. I would come back in the future and I recommend it.

The best part lace in Rockford to get a traditional tattoo. If you like old school traditional, look no further. I usually go to Zach here, as he was recommended by a friend years ago, but all of the artists here put out really stellar work. Super awesome punk vibe in here, and they will not give you a bad tattoo here. I have had artists here be completely transparent and honest about the crazy tattoo ideas I’ve had. They won’t sugar coat it just to make money, if it’s something they want no part in doing, they will let you know. Really great guys, and they’re a great community tattoo shop.

I can't say enough good things about Edwards Sewer & Drain. We called and left a message and they got back to us pretty quick. They were there within the hour (amazing) and Bailey came in and diagnosed the problem and got right to work and was done within in 45 minutes. So it probably took all about 2 hrs from the call to being done. And they were recommended by Kyle Watson of Waston Spetic.

Left messages for other emergency plumbing services and never heard back. They actually answered the call. Their service was wonderful and prices were fair for the situation! I had a safe that was stuck shut for the longest time and I was quickly running out of options as to how I would get it open. I ended up calling earlier today and got a quote in seconds. He told me he'd be here in 30 minutes, so I had to quickly throw on a sweatshirt when he showed up after 10 minutes. He got right to work, explained that he'd have to drill it open, and I was perfectly fine with that. I watched with cathartic glee as he ripped the front door off of the safe in minutes. 11/10, I almost want to get more important documents stuck in a safe just to give these guys more money.

When I was looking for someone to do improvements of a house that we just bought, I didn't know where to start. I went on the internet and picked out some locale places. I set up appointments for 4. The first two treated me poorly and said that what I wanted couldn't be done and it would cost too much.The last company didn't even show up. But I had already made up my mind when I had J and J check it out. I've known them for about 11 months now and they have done wonderful work. I'm very pleased. They are honest, hard working and trustworthy. When they say they are going to show up, they do.

Our local Orkin provider communicates with us in a timely fashion to be sure that service is conveniently scheduled. They’re always quick to respond to any problems, too. The technicians are always on time, as scheduled, quick to complete their work efficiently, and very courteous.
We live in the country, surrounded by a forest, and Orkin keeps the local pests at bay, as well as we could hope. Theirs is a valuable service.
We own an Airbnb and recently had an issue with carpenter ants outside of the home and flies inside the home. Michael and crew at M2 Landscaping just completed a large job at our house. The results are outstanding. They removed 2 large retaining walls consisting of railroad ties and rebuilt the areas with beautiful boulders. Michael and crew arranged the new walls with keen attention to detail placing the boulders artistically in a natural yet functional manner. They landscaped the backyard, re-seeded the grass area, cut in an attractive bed, and even planted a row of bushes. The outcome exceeded our expectations and transformed the area into a truly lovely outdoor space. Workers took great care to protect the adjacent yard and to thoroughly clean up the whole area. What a professional and friendly group of workers. Additionally, Michael took time to review the project with us multiple times as it was unfolding. He checked our expectations and satisfaction routinely and worked within our budget. His ideas and suggestions genuinely improved our entire yard. We could not be happier as the project was executed with great care and yielded a beautiful outcome. Before talking to Eric, we had discussed our project with three other companies and hadn’t been impressed. The afternoon we spoke to Eric he was at our house within the hour reviewing our project with us. He had the estimate to us by the next day and the project was not only on the books but completed within a couple weeks while other companies told us we would need to wait until spring. Additionally, Eric was incredibly reasonable with his pricing. Other companies quoted us thousands while providing less.
Lastly, his communication was fantastic! He did a wonderful job presenting and discussing all the options for our project. When a barrier or concern came up, he reached out immediately and talked through options, including providing his perspective on best approach and being upfront regarding any additional costs that may come up as a result of those barriers. All in all, super happy with the work and would highly recommend!

Gilberto and his son, Daniel, put their hearts and souls (not to mention their backs) into mulching our yard on Saturday. They were unbelievably thorough and took great care to not damage existing plantings. The results? Our yard looks GORGEOUS!

I've been working with Brad and his crew since 2022 when our yard was installed at our newly constructed home. Since then he and his crew have done all of our lawn fertilizer applications (it's much more cost effective than me buying my own fertilizer) and planted a new tree. I finally gave up doing my own lawn edging and mulching this spring. What took me at least two or three days, Brad and his crew did in a day. It was worth every penny.
F&G did a great job of cleaning up the leaves in our yard. They also did excellent in mowing and trimming. On time, very professional, and reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend.

Ordered a face cord of firewood. Service was great and the firewood was nice and dry. The two delivery men unloaded and stacked the wood in about ten minutes. Very happy with value received.

Rick came out to our house two days after we inquired about using his company to assess our needs. We had an addition put on our house and needed a finish grade, dirt, seed and flower beds installed. He quoted us a price and came out and performed the work a few days later. The end result is gorgeous and it was completed in one and a half days. The work was completed a week after the inquiry which was wonderful. We are very happy and the price was less than the bigger landscaping companies. Highly recommend these guys.

Had a tree from a neighbor fall on my and another neighbors yard. Both myself and neighbor who tree fell in their yard had quite a mess. Called soppas as they had done some work previously. Can I give them a 10! Would if I could. Excellent clean up and quality work on such a large tree at what we considered a reasonable price for such hard work. They even did another tree same day for another neighbor. Highly recommend. Good communication and showed up when they said. 10!out of 10.

We had an absolutely amazing first experience at the dentist!! The entire team was friendly right from the get-go! Everyone introduced themselves. The cleaning was thoroughly and timely. The team had 3 new patients (aged 2-6) in, cleaned, examined & treatment recommendations done in less than 45 minutes. They worked us into the schedule for urgent dental treatment within a day. My 10 year old son has high anxiety when situated in medical procedures. Dr. Tillis had the professional and trustworthy people skills; to calm my sons concerns. A blessed relief to us parents. My son has continued to accept Dr. Tillis for 10 years now and is still comfortable with his dentistry.
My dental hygienist is very considerate of my walking handicap and assists me walking and sitting and taking X-rays. Even assisted me walking to my car. She is careful doing her work and constantly informed me of the procedure.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Wells. When I started to see Dr. Wells, I was in pain 100% of the time. It negatively affected every aspect of my life. Many days I couldn't even get out of bed or even turn my head. I wasn't able to drive or attend important family celebrations and missed out on so much. By my last visit, I was 100% pain free! I'm driving, spending time with family and friends and 1 week after my last visit I went to Disney World and spent 4 days and walked over 11,000 steps a day - without pain and without issue. My pain and range of motion has improved so much since coming here over a month ago! I have a strenuous, repetitive job that causes a lot of tightness and soreness, but with Dr. Galli's care plan, I no longer feel excruciating pain in my neck and back. Dr. Galli is very kind and really cares about his patients. Every member of the staff is welcoming and remember you by name. The massage therapists and the physical therapist are the best! Very thankful I found this place.
My sister recommended Jim Kofoid at Lynch Chiropractic to help with my back pain, and I’m so glad she did. I felt relief right after my first visit! Now I make sure to see Jim whenever I’m in Rockford. I’ve been to several chiropractors over the years, but Jim is by far the best. He’s honest, caring, and never tries to sell you on expensive X-rays or a bunch of unnecessary visits. After just a few adjustments, he told me to come back whenever I felt I needed to. I've been to a few vets in town and had either horrible experiences or have been treated with indifference for not using the conventional, expensive, treatments for fleas, ticks, and heartworm prevention. But I've found no judgement here. Nothing but talented, loving, informative, caring vets and friendly competent staff. My dogs love coming here, too! I highly recommend this veterinary practice.

I drive to Rockford from the NW burbs just so Dr. Katie can see my parrot. She is wonderful, takes her time, is very personable and has done an amazing job with him! She handles him with care and it's worth the hour drive just so he has a good experience!
I'm sorry this is so late. Should have done this years ago. I got referred to Animal Clinic of Rockford when my original vet's office got hit by a tornado. I was quite timid at first because my family and I had been going to that vet for over 40 years. I don't trust easy when it came to my Dog.
To say my expectations have been met would be an understatement. Dr. Patel and his team are professionals packed with knowledge, care, and compassion.
For the short time (compared to my last vet) of 4 years I had the privilege of taking my Husky to be cared for by Dr. Patel and his team, I absolutely would not take him anywhere else.
His yearly check up was always filled with going through Oscar's chart and making sure we revisit the concerns from previous visits as well as new concerns if there was any. With all the normal stuff, there was also the in depth stuff. He handled my dog's surgery to remove a lump that was bothering him. Which turned out to be cancer after sending it for testing. The team was very compassionate to my nerve racking approach. I will never forget picking my fur-ball up when he was ready. The moment I walked in, I could hear him howling and talking and knew my boy was alright.
Dr. Patel and his team also handled my Dog's euthanasia. He put my baby boy to rest and peace with the utmost respect, care, and compassion. He was very educating every single step of the process.
I wouldn't put my trust in anyone else.
A message to the team. Oscar loved you guys and gals. Every time I asked him if he wanted to go see the Dr. he went nuts! I will miss the interactions Oscar and I shared with you all. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for the love and compassion you showed Oscar. I hope I can change my mind about not wanting another dog. If I do, you'll be the 1st we visit.
I recently moved and switched vets. I chose Bellwood in part because my family brought our family cat to them for almost 20 years. Dr. Jallen was the vet in our latest appointment. He was kind, patient and gentle with my cat. He explained things in plain language so that I understood. He eased my concerns and took time to answer my questions. I highly recommend Bellwood for your pet’s care!
Amazing place for pets, had an emergency issue and I was able to get in quickly and cost wise was much less than I expected for an emergent visit, glad to call this place my pupper's new home vet :)
2/5/26 my family and I had to make the hardest decision to have our dog Lokie euthanized he has been part of our life for 15 years. The staff was very respectful and comforting in that time. When it was time the vet came in and explained what was going to happen and we went ahead with it my family and I we're an emotional wreck but what made this clinic a 5 star for me is the vet cried with us. Then to top it all yesterday we received a card with my boy's nose print and words can't describe how greatful I am about that. Thank you to the vet and all the staff here my family and I greatly appreciate all that you have done

Had a great experience with Fur on the Fly . April did an excellent job grooming my Morkie, Ms. Pickles, and was incredibly kind. It was so convenient having them come to us, and the care they showed really stood out. Highly recommend
I have a GSD and Husky, both 100 lbs. that were overdue, they look fantastic upon pickup, prices are fair and they give you options (nails, shampoos, etc), the communication process is great with automated reminders. Friendly staff and an owner that knows animals well, very highly recommended with all the groomers in this area.

I’ve been taking classes here since 2016 and my experience has been nothing short of fantastic! Tami works well with all skill sets but I think she is particularly good with newbies. She’s also excellent at working around physical limitations and/or injuries by coming up with appropriate modifications. One of her trademarks is crafting the plan for each class around the skills and goals of the students in the room that day.
It is a great practice where you are not sore afterwards and you get a great workout!
Had an amazing massage with Megan last week! It had been a while since I had one, and I could tell my shoulders were really tight and needed some work. Megan did a fantastic job helping loosen up the tension and I felt so much better and more relaxed after the massage. 10/10 would recommend.
I went for sciatic pain in my right leg. I was barely able to walk, couldn't drive, couldn't work. It was pure agony everyday. Nurse at the ER recommended a massage. Booked a 30 min session with Julia and I was able to walk the next day with little pain. By day 3 I was driving again. Best decision I ever made. Will be back!! Absolutely love coming here! This place accepts VA insurance. She is exceptional at listening to her patients as well as working with others within my care team to achieve the same goals. If you are looking for a typical lame message rub down don't go here. You will want to come check this place out for deep tissue / muscle recovery / and to regain mobility and overall change your health for the better. She offers more services but I haven't used them. She loves making a difference in her patients lives!

I have been seeing Katie for my massages for a long time. She has always been so understanding and listens to me about my acute flare ups. She is the only person who manages to make my neck feel better. I appreciate her immensely
I had a 90 min lymphatic massage mix with a swedish massage to focus on my neck and shoulders to release stress and tension from 7 yrs at a toxic job. I added on the collagen mask, face cupping and scalp and it was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. I felt completely refreshed and relaxed when i left. I was also pleasantly surprised on how relaxing the atmosphere was in there, all customized to bring peace. I immediately booked my next massage and look forward to trying the cryotherapy massages in the future.
