My dad had an issue with one of his hearing aids. Talked to one of the employees about the issue Monday morning and he said to send it in for service. Got it sent out Monday UPS and they got it Tuesday since WI to Rockford is next day. They figured out what was wrong with it and I just got call that they were sending it back today. The best part lace in Rockford to get a traditional tattoo. If you like old school traditional, look no further. I usually go to Zach here, as he was recommended by a friend years ago, but all of the artists here put out really stellar work. Super awesome punk vibe in here, and they will not give you a bad tattoo here. I have had artists here be completely transparent and honest about the crazy tattoo ideas I’ve had. They won’t sugar coat it just to make money, if it’s something they want no part in doing, they will let you know. Really great guys, and they’re a great community tattoo shop.

I was referred to Eric by a friend and it was immediately clear why - He was knowledgeable and quickly fixed our drain issue (or should I say lack of any draining), then gave us some tips so he wouldn't have to come back for a long time to come! After detecting a heavy musty smell next to the dryer vent. After doing a thorough dryer duct cleaning check, the technician discovered years' worth of lint accumulation and trapped moisture inside the vent line. He clarified that if these issues are not addressed right away, they may eventually lead to mold growth and inadequate ventilation. The vent system was completely cleaned from start to finish, and their repair services were performed expertly. I was impressed by the technician's patience as he described the entire procedure. The disagreeable smell totally vanished after the service, and airflow was improved.

Bufalo Construction and Brandon Jones were two great partners to have on our side while dealing with the issues of two hail damage claims. The first claim involved the damage caused by a hail storm with the insurance inspector's estimate coming in at about $600.00. Brandon fought to get the whole roof, gutter system, garage door and siding all completely covered as he suggested a second opinion from the insurance company. This resulted in a complete replacement of all items mentioned above. Unfortunately, about two weeks after installation and repairs a second hail storm hit us again, this time with golf ball-sized hail completely destroying the roof and other repairs from the previous claim. This time, there were no problems with the insurance estimate, and all was replaced with no issues. The contractors came in and completely finished the roof in six hours. I was impressed with the logistics organization, the teamwork, and clean-up. In addition, Brandon guided us through all the complexities of dealing with the insurance company. I highly recommend Bufalo Construction, as well as Brandon Jones.

Before talking to Eric, we had discussed our project with three other companies and hadn’t been impressed. The afternoon we spoke to Eric he was at our house within the hour reviewing our project with us. He had the estimate to us by the next day and the project was not only on the books but completed within a couple weeks while other companies told us we would need to wait until spring. Additionally, Eric was incredibly reasonable with his pricing. Other companies quoted us thousands while providing less.
Lastly, his communication was fantastic! He did a wonderful job presenting and discussing all the options for our project. When a barrier or concern came up, he reached out immediately and talked through options, including providing his perspective on best approach and being upfront regarding any additional costs that may come up as a result of those barriers. All in all, super happy with the work and would highly recommend!

Gilberto and his son, Daniel, put their hearts and souls (not to mention their backs) into mulching our yard on Saturday. They were unbelievably thorough and took great care to not damage existing plantings. The results? Our yard looks GORGEOUS!

I've been working with Brad and his crew since 2022 when our yard was installed at our newly constructed home. Since then he and his crew have done all of our lawn fertilizer applications (it's much more cost effective than me buying my own fertilizer) and planted a new tree. I finally gave up doing my own lawn edging and mulching this spring. What took me at least two or three days, Brad and his crew did in a day. It was worth every penny.
F&G did a great job of cleaning up the leaves in our yard. They also did excellent in mowing and trimming. On time, very professional, and reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend.

Rick came out to our house two days after we inquired about using his company to assess our needs. We had an addition put on our house and needed a finish grade, dirt, seed and flower beds installed. He quoted us a price and came out and performed the work a few days later. The end result is gorgeous and it was completed in one and a half days. The work was completed a week after the inquiry which was wonderful. We are very happy and the price was less than the bigger landscaping companies. Highly recommend these guys.

I had Javier come out after some storm damage . I found him in Angi's List. They came out and cut up the tree within a few days at a very reasonable cost. He's a super nice guy, small crew but they work fast. I appreciate them so much. It's such a relief to have this tree taken care of. The tree that was removed was not small by any means.

Dr. Ryan Moore is the best dentist in town. After a bad experience with another dentist, I went to him for help with a new crown. He took the time to address my concerns, did excellent work, and made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. I was very nervous and almost canceled 3 times, because this is a new facility for me. I'm so glad I went! Dr. Gibson was incredibly patient and listened to all my concerns regarding my procedure and after learning about my disability, he made accommodations where he could. His dental assistant, Melissa, was also very kind hearted and they both really eased my nerves with their professionalism. Also, I felt no pain during my procedure. None! We had an absolutely amazing first experience at the dentist!! The entire team was friendly right from the get-go! Everyone introduced themselves. The cleaning was thoroughly and timely. The team had 3 new patients (aged 2-6) in, cleaned, examined & treatment recommendations done in less than 45 minutes. They worked us into the schedule for urgent dental treatment within a day. My dental hygienist is very considerate of my walking handicap and assists me walking and sitting and taking X-rays. Even assisted me walking to my car. She is careful doing her work and constantly informed me of the procedure.
My wife and I needed a dentist during COVID so we switched to Dr Stewart. So glad we did. Dr.Stewart and his wife Laura are top notch . The rest of his staff Tina and Kim make the visit pleasurable and never had an issue. I highly recommend Stewart Dental for your dental needs.

You may get tired of hearing this, but Dr Schallow, Dr Orem and NUCCA changed my life. I felt sick all of the time, slept very little, had a racing heart and couldn’t find relief. I saw endocrinologists, cardiologists, primary care physicians, and standard chiropractors. No one could find an answer. It took the NUCCA team awhile but very gradually I began feeling better and better. Today I feel healthy, I’m happy, sleep well and my resting heart rate is around 75.

My pain and range of motion has improved so much since coming here over a month ago! I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Wells. When I started to see Dr. Wells, I was in pain 100% of the time. It negatively affected every aspect of my life. Many days I couldn't even get out of bed or even turn my head. I wasn't able to drive or attend important family celebrations and missed out on so much. By my last visit, I was 100% pain free! I'm driving, spending time with family and friends and 1 week after my last visit I went to Disney World and spent 4 days and walked over 11,000 steps a day - without pain and without issue. I've been to a few vets in town and had either horrible experiences or have been treated with indifference for not using the conventional, expensive, treatments for fleas, ticks, and heartworm prevention. But I've found no judgement here. Nothing but talented, loving, informative, caring vets and friendly competent staff. My dogs love coming here, too! I highly recommend this veterinary practice.

I drive to Rockford from the NW burbs just so Dr. Katie can see my parrot. She is wonderful, takes her time, is very personable and has done an amazing job with him! She handles him with care and it's worth the hour drive just so he has a good experience!
I'm sorry this is so late. Should have done this years ago. I got referred to Animal Clinic of Rockford when my original vet's office got hit by a tornado. I was quite timid at first because my family and I had been going to that vet for over 40 years. I don't trust easy when it came to my Dog.
To say my expectations have been met would be an understatement. Dr. Patel and his team are professionals packed with knowledge, care, and compassion.
For the short time (compared to my last vet) of 4 years I had the privilege of taking my Husky to be cared for by Dr. Patel and his team, I absolutely would not take him anywhere else.
His yearly check up was always filled with going through Oscar's chart and making sure we revisit the concerns from previous visits as well as new concerns if there was any. With all the normal stuff, there was also the in depth stuff. He handled my dog's surgery to remove a lump that was bothering him. Which turned out to be cancer after sending it for testing. The team was very compassionate to my nerve racking approach. I will never forget picking my fur-ball up when he was ready. The moment I walked in, I could hear him howling and talking and knew my boy was alright.
Dr. Patel and his team also handled my Dog's euthanasia. He put my baby boy to rest and peace with the utmost respect, care, and compassion. He was very educating every single step of the process.
I wouldn't put my trust in anyone else.
A message to the team. Oscar loved you guys and gals. Every time I asked him if he wanted to go see the Dr. he went nuts! I will miss the interactions Oscar and I shared with you all. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for the love and compassion you showed Oscar. I hope I can change my mind about not wanting another dog. If I do, you'll be the 1st we visit.
I recently moved and switched vets. I chose Bellwood in part because my family brought our family cat to them for almost 20 years. Dr. Jallen was the vet in our latest appointment. He was kind, patient and gentle with my cat. He explained things in plain language so that I understood. He eased my concerns and took time to answer my questions. I highly recommend Bellwood for your pet’s care!

2/5/26 my family and I had to make the hardest decision to have our dog Lokie euthanized he has been part of our life for 15 years. The staff was very respectful and comforting in that time. When it was time the vet came in and explained what was going to happen and we went ahead with it my family and I we're an emotional wreck but what made this clinic a 5 star for me is the vet cried with us. Then to top it all yesterday we received a card with my boy's nose print and words can't describe how greatful I am about that. Thank you to the vet and all the staff here my family and I greatly appreciate all that you have done
New to Rockford, called the day we moved into town got appointment the next day she did a wonderful job.
Super reliable and great with both of our dogs. We have a pup who takes a minute to warm up to new people and she has been extremely comfortable with their staff. Their prices are great, their work is great, their staff is great. I couldn’t recommend them more.
I have a GSD and Husky, both 100 lbs. that were overdue, they look fantastic upon pickup, prices are fair and they give you options (nails, shampoos, etc), the communication process is great with automated reminders. Friendly staff and an owner that knows animals well, very highly recommended with all the groomers in this area.
So glad I found this place. I was very nervous as a man in his mid 30s with zero experience and a few ailments. Luckily for me, they’ve made me feel super comfortable since I first called to inquire. Nancy and all of the instructors are worth their weight in gold.
I’ve been taking classes here since 2016 and my experience has been nothing short of fantastic! Tami works well with all skill sets but I think she is particularly good with newbies. She’s also excellent at working around physical limitations and/or injuries by coming up with appropriate modifications. One of her trademarks is crafting the plan for each class around the skills and goals of the students in the room that day.
It is a great practice where you are not sore afterwards and you get a great workout!
Chloe is MAGICAL. My massage with her was by far one of the best I’ve ever had. I never thought once during my time with her “oh this isn’t firm enough” or “oh this is too much” Her pressure and technique was absolutely perfect for my preferences and she hit all of my problem areas.
