I called M Spinello & Son because I had lost the ONLY key/fob to my car. I still had a key that would start the engine, but it had no buttons for keyless entry/alarm control. The key would not turn the driver-side door lock, because it was stuck.I talked to Steve, who took time to listen to my issue and said he would give me a call back with some pricing options.He returned my call later that afternoon. After asking me a couple more questions, he suggested trying to get the car open with my alternate key by using Liquid Wrench to loosen it up... turning it gently, so it would not break off. This way, if I could get it open, it would save me the cost of them coming out...read full review

My battery on my Nissan was dead and I couldn't unlock my doors to pop my hood and charge the battery. Called for someone to jimmy my doors. Talk to Steve and he was professional, knowledgeable and kind. He walk me through how I had a key to unlock my doors in my key fob. Not only was honest to not charge me for service he walked me through and helped me on the phone. It's rare to come across honest, professional business that also has integrity. Only Locksmith that I will ever use or recommend! Thank you Steve!

I recently had a great experience with the Spinello locksmith business. I have a beautiful old safe and even with the combination was unable to get it open. After being contacted by Scott he provided me with several ideas to get the safe open, he even made follow up calls.
