At first, I was reluctant to contract the company. When I called to make the appointment, I was told that Krup is a union shop and likely more expensive than others, but they do quality work. Actually, the company does excellent work.Ed, the electrician sent to my place, was knowledgeable and fixed about four things during his visit. Moreover, he did so in a timely, methodical, and professional manner. He also gave me some helpful advice about some upgrades I am planning.In fact, the entire operation is very professional and courteous. Throughout the process, the Krup office staff was engaged.
