“10 out of 10! Never been to this location, but found myself in a quick bind for a MUCH overdue lip and chin wax. With an afternoon full of meetings I had to take the chance and hope this place took walk ins. Called, and the kindest lady answered the phone. Giving me all the important information, needless to say I was there within 5mins!

Turns out the nice lady on the phone goes by the name of Autumn, and as soon as I walked in she was up and off her chair looking to help me with whatever I needed! She made my service SO seamless! From beginning to end. Clean results and even offered some very helpful aftercare tips I've never been told before!
