“Ok, If you read this to the end you'll see I did not have an initial good experience with these folks. However, after I posted this (they apparently monitor their reviews) Martin called. Essentially they said you're pissed and understandably . Let us make it right. Helped me get the roof reinspected as well as gutter and siding. As near as I can tell it was quality work (I'm in no position to inspect a roof). The roof got replaced in a decent time frame. The other work took some time and calls from me to find out what the hold up was. Overall it was a good experience with the noted caveats.<br><br>Long story. Had lots of hail in the spring. Martin along with other contractors in area doing free inspections. Martin and one other contractor say roof needs replacing. Martin offers to be here to walk through insurance adjuster inspection. Insurance shows up -- no Martin. Martin calls says totally our fault sorry. Ok I let it go. Insurance says roof is in great shape. I call insurance they say have your contractor contact us. I call Martin. Martin says we need letter you'll get from insurance. I send letter Martin says we'll contact insurance via email and copy you. I never see this email. I call. They never return call. I text. They never return text. Kinda made me wonder about not being here when insurance did inspection. Maybe letting it go was not the right choice.<br><br>I've been ghosted. I'd be very wary of dealing with these people.”

“I got all my windows done and my patio door. We just moved in and my goodness what an improvement. I actually cried at how beautiful my patio door look. My basement windows were kinda weird but they were able to replace them and they look fantastic. The salesman was kind and very informative of how the process was going to be and I was amazed of how easy everything went. The crew was very nice and always smiling. What a group!
