We recently engaged LawnCare by Walter to do two hardscape projects at our new house. We had used their services at our previous house in Roscoe about 8 years ago and were very happy with their work, so we did not hesitate to utilize their services again. We were extremely pleased to be able to work with the exact same people again this time. Logan does an outstanding job with the design process. He is easy to work with, is very knowledgable, and has great suggestions to offer to make the project a success. Manny is one of the crew leads for the construction. He and the rest of the crew are extremely hard workers. They are meticulous about the quality of their work, and treat the job as if it were their own home. In addition, they clean up daily during the construction. We actually had neighbors comment on this and how hard they worked onsite each day.
These two projects were truly transformational for our patio area and front entryway. We could not be more pleased with the results. Hardscape projects are a significant investment. It is very important to have a firm that you can count on to do high quality work the right way, especially in today's world. This was our first time using Lawncare By Walter. The area around the foundation of the house needed to be regraded and resloped away from the house. Ryan did a good job of listening to what we needed and gave us a fast estimate. They had to move a lot of rock to be able to put the new dirt down. Once finished, they replaced the same rock over the new dirt and landscaping fabric. They added 8 inches of dirt to the areas around the foundation and it slopes away from the house. They were very careful around the areas around the house and saved all of the plants that were in the flower beds. Afterward, they cleaned up the area.
