I have been coming to Evolve for a couple weeks now and I have seen a ton of improvement! Dr. Amanda has been absolutelyamazing along with her staff! I go to a doctor in Arlington Heights and was discussing Evolve to and nurses and they wanted to start going to Evolve in Schaumburg! Thank you so much Evolve for everything you have done for me!

All of the staff that work at Evolve are super great people to be around! They are very helpful and always want to make sure you are the priority! The building is always super clean and sanitized after every patient! I have been going for 3 months now and I feel like a completely different person from top to bottom thanks to Dr. Amanda. She goes above and beyond to meet your needs! 100% recommend Evolve Chiropractic in Rockford!

Evolve chiropractic has made such a difference in my life. Dr. Amanda and her ENTIRE staff are amazing. You are greeted with a smile and a positive atmosphere each time you walk in!! Each persons case is specialized for their own needs. They communicate with each other to ensure each patient receives the proper treatment! Not only do you get an adjustment, but you are guided through a series of stretching and exercises by Abbi! This young lady brings a tremendous amount of energy and empathy as well as a level of respect for each patient. Also included in some programs is laser therapy which helps rebuild cells and a weekly massage with Asia. I cannot say enough...read full review
